He's playing the martial law card only 140 days into the job. He's all out of ideas. It won't work. Not against 5+ million people in 1800+ locations this Saturday.
Smh at some of you fretting over TACO. Subjecting wannabe dictators to scorn and ridicule is how you take them down.
Kilmar's back home, Elmo left a mark, The Republicans can't agree on their bill, veterans are rallying, and Ukraine showed they do have the cards.
I mean, Kilmar is back home. I thought that wasn't supposed to happen.
Fuck this loser.

Trump supporter who had 6 roofers detained by ICE is asked if he has any buyer's remorse, and answers "I don't know, a little bit" but then is almost reduced to tears at the end.
I will be attending the Pasadena protest on Saturday. I am bringing my 19 y.o. daughter (fuck yo rules pervs). This is a moment where their generation needs to start exercising their voices. It would be UN-American and UNPatriotic not to.
OMG how much did they pay him to cancel? I heard it was $100k from my sip acquaintanc that knows. He also said Arch sucks in practice and may be replaced by mid-season .
I’d also add that learning that other posters with whom we could casually get along and joke around previously are A-OKAY with fascism has put a damper on the fun times.
The EAS program is one of those DEI programs that rural Republicans don't realize is a DEI program. It's a Democratic program. It's always been supported by Democrats. The only people who oppose the EAS program are Republicans.
The EAS program comes from the Airline Deregulation Act of 1978. Rural Democrats objected to airline deregulation on the basis that it was inequitable to their constituents. While people in Dallas and Houston might get the benefit of lower fares resulting from airline competition, their constituents in Beaumont and Tyler would be left without air service altogether. To assuage that concern, Congress created the EAS program.
The Biden Administration increased funding to the EAS program by $1.7B. The argument was the same: we want to be fair and equitable to rural communities and include them in American prosperity. It's a complete DEI program.
But equity and inclusion are now passe. Fuck-youism is now the order of the day. So sorry, Cordova and Beaumont and Tyler and Enid--you're going to lose your air service. And if that is inequitable and excludes you from being able to participate as effectively in the American economy . . . well, that's exactly what you voted for.
Which is more obvious and simple to anyone but a mouthbreathing rube:
a) recruit is told that they have a limited time to lock in a spot with the team they want to play for, so they move up their timeline and commit
or
b) schools are paying guys not to visit Texas A&M and their juggernauted sleeping giant fucklion of a program out of fear of A&M’s rise?
Also, ATM is one of the only schools still actively dropping bags when they get a chance to do it. They did it with Sanders and Sims last cycle at DT. Every single fucking time these clowns accuse other programs of something nefarious, they should be pointing their sausage fingers back at themselves.
I "watched" two of my former high school classmates discussing the LA riots on FB yesterday. They went down some weirdo loser holocaust denier/blood and soil rabbit hole and one of them said "We were on the wrong side in WWII", and the other guy agreed with him. Both of these guys were in my advanced US history class, so they aren't morons. I told them both that was big talk coming from two fucking losers that still lived in their parent's house (one does) and had 5 DWIs between them. Then I blocked and unfollowed them on all platforms. Fucking insanity. The Lamar University library had (probably still has) the entirety of the Nuremburg Trials on film reels. One of these guys and I spent probably 8 hours across multiple days watching all the reels , and then did a group project on it. Now he's a holocaust denier and a part time "pastor" at some strip mall fringe Christian church.
“You get to know these guys, you become their friends, you get to know their families….and that’s why you vote for the guy who wants to deport them to a far off prison to be tortured and killed!”.
I was glad to see this thread bumped for Gabbard’s craziness. And delighted to see Ana simping out for her as expected. A few thoughts:
- Who produced this? Its clearly well done. It went out on her personal accounts. Its not branded by ODNI or the IC. Usually its out of the ordinary for senior intelligence officials to give their personal thoughts on foreign policy to the public but I guess we are doing this now?
- You know what didn’t get mentioned? Donald Trump or the cabinet that she serves in. Not even an acknowledgment that she is part of it. That’s kind of weird.
- Who are the political elite warmongers that are pushing us to nuclear war? Is the cabinet-level intelligence official not part of the political elite? Was this info considered for the PDB or was X a more effective vector?
- You’re the goddamned DNI, Tulsi! If anyone gets a bunker it’s you! Shouldn’t you be telling us what you’re doing about the incoming catastrophe? What is the point of telling us this? We have the equivalent of the pilot coming on the intercom and warning that he’s going to fly the plane into a mountain plane unless the good people in Economy Select figure something out.
The reality: Tulsi got excluded from the top foreign policy team that went to Camp David to talk Iran. She was excluded because she is crazy and unreliable and was simply given a title and a platform as a sop to the Anastasis electorate. No one was ever going to take her seriously and her job is to feed sixty five year old docs into AI to keep the nutjob caucus engaged.
So good job, Ana, you got played. You utter fucking child.
