  1. Wiltfong just put in a prediction for Samari Matthews to Texas
  2. Thoughts from the Georgia side, per Wolk, for a few targets: -Jae Lamar (RB) decides later this week between UGA, Clemson and Miami. Georgia had four OVs from TBs this cycle: Lamar (from Georgia), Hiter, Crowell and Cooper. UGA does not expect to land the other 3 and the eggs are in the Lamar basket. Miami mods, who are often idiots and laughably wrong, believe that Miami is landing both Lamar and Crowell. Regardless, UGA being out for Cooper and Crowell is news to me. -Georgia thinks it’s landing Calicut, per intel from a source close to Calicut at North Shore. Why does Texas ever fucking bother recruiting that shitstain program? What a fucking waste. -UGA seems to think it is out on Malakai Lee, but holding out hope. -They’ve lost confidence in landing James Johnson.
  3. There’s a similar thread on the 247 Georgia board where they’re whining about Texas doing “illegal” things with money and not staying within the NIL “cap”. It’s a delicious read. I’d post it, but I don’t care enough about the rest of you people right now to put in the work.
  4. lol this idiot doesn't understand how the commodity markets work
  5. After 9/11 we had real allies. After what Bush and now Trump have done? We have allies in name only. Allies of convenience. Another major terrorist attack(s) hit the US and we'll see just how strong our relationships are now. The West has been mostly quiet after the attacks with almost every ally just calling for diplomacy. US and Israel are going this one alone. The bipolar nature of the US as a crumbling empire with a mostly uneducated, arrogant, and stupid population isn't lost on these countries. They know the US can't be trusted. They just can't economically afford to peel completely away. But there's no trust left, and all built up goodwill since 1945 is gone. They'll still speak the words, but watch the actions.
  6. Love the part where they say that Florida could get the top recruiting class but it's too focused on being a top academic institution. Right. Because Texas is a famously bad school that spends all its resources on football.
  7. Not just flaws or skeletons. The best flaws or skeletons. Many people say they're the best they've ever seen. Big, hulking bodybuilders who hide their steroid use come up to Trump with tears in their eyes and say "Mr. President, your flaws and skeletons make mine look tiny, like your hands, in comparison. Lindsey Graham only wishes his closetvwas big enough to hide all of Trump's skeletons. Maybelline, Estee Lauder, Chanel and Revlon only wish they had enough concealer to cover these flaws.
  8. There is a LOT of suspense on this one, right?
  9. A buddy, "in the know", just texted me: Figure it out. I'll let you know when it happens. 6, 31, 17, 12, 49
  10. Mike Johnson has repeatedly referred to himself as a “bible believing Christian” he believes in literal interpretations of genesis and revelation. Almost every time a reasonable republican legislator gets primaried it’s by someone with beliefs like him @Rex Kramer in terms of political influence, your congregation is becoming the fringe unfortunately, just like my middle of the road political stances became far left over the past 15 years.
  11. We are very far from the status quo. Iran’s air defenses are in tatters, its combat air capabilities destroyed, its offensive ballistic missile capacity greatly diminished, its command and control network almost offline, a sizeable chunk of senior leadership dead, and it has been revealed that its main adversary completely compromised its most sensitive security apparatus. Its nuclear program is seriously damaged although still unclear to the extent. Its completely discredited in front of what proxies it has remaining. It will take years to reconstitute in any real way and its patron of Russia can’t deliver materiel in any right now. In the interim Israel is free to mow the grass if mullahs get froggy. Maybe most importantly, Iran showed the world what will happen if the Great Satan attacks its core, crown jewel: it will impotently fire missiles and warn us in advance then cry uncle. Iran took a big fat L and is basically done for a while as an aspiring revisionist power. You can think this turn or U.S. actions were not good now or in the long run but you can’t have the fantasy that nothing happened or the status quo is the same as it was. Its not quite Iraq post-Gulf War I in terms of impotence but its not too far off.

    He hates that motherfucker.
  13. My favorite part of Gator Boy's long screed was this. Does anybody want to tell him that Texas is ranked higher than UF both academically and in terms of research and that Texas is harder to get in to than Florida?
  14. His wife sees a building blown to smithereens and barely reacts. Mine sees brake lights activate 30 yards in front and has a mild stroke.
  15. Greg Biggins (247 Sports), on Richard Wesley. You want positivity - you got positivity. "He's a very talented player and arguably the best edge rusher to come out of California in years. Kayvon Thibodeaux from the 2019 class is actually a player whom he has been compared to, in terms of frame and play style. But Wesley is further along from a size, strength and toughness standpoint at the same stage." "When you combine his size, natural athleticism, physicality and work ethic, his ceiling is as high as any player out West. Wesley isn't just a potential high-round NFL Draft pick. He has all the traits and off-the-field work ethic to hear his name called in Round 1 if he continues to develop at his current rate." (FULL ARTICLE) Scouting Take: Texas lands Richard Wesley, who is arguably California's best EDGE since Kayvon Thibodeaux Greg Biggins (247 Sports)
  16. Genuine question for those of you that support this guy: what do you think of the constant need to embellish and overstate every single thing that he does? Politics aside, it's exhausting to watch for me personally and I feel like it wouldn't be tolerated in any other real life setting, yet it's almost second nature at this point. For decades we've mocked other countries that have leadership meetings that seem to be a groveling contest, yet now we get to see those from our side almost weekly. Are you cool with it? Don't care? Love it and with they would go further? Again, genuine question with no intent to troll.
  17. 🤣🤣🤣 every year is “their year.” They truly are the Cowboys of college football
  18. Secretary of Defense, US ambassador to Israel, Speaker of the House, US Senators, Vice President, Secretary of Homeland Security, and many more in the admin and Congress….are a “fringe element.” Not sure I agree with you 100% on your police work there, Lou.

  20. This is your brain on propaganda. Any questions?
  21. Asserting that the Arab Spring was purely a western manufactured movement is tipping your hand just a little too much, tovarich. Isn't GRUhorn persona non grata on surly? Why does he stick around ban after ban?
  22. Man I miss President Obama.
  23. Spoiler that longcat bullshit, jackass.
  24. I just sent them a Venmo Request for $2000 listed "Dipshit Tax"
  25. Thank you to the handful of posters actually contributing with news updates and not Cloak Room bullshit.
  26. Please go ahead……I’ve been constipated for 2 days.
  27. Exactly. It’s not even just Trump or the Republicans that those countries don’t trust. It’s us. Trump is shit. That’s known. He’s been a colossal failure everywhere he’s been. He specifically was a shit president during his first term. That’s known. He should never have been elected again. In a country of rational, thinking people who actually pay attention to shit, he never would have even been nominated in 2016 and at the very least would have been primaried in 2020. But we don’t live in a country of rational, thinking people and it’s gotten to the point where it’s highly destructive. This past November, he was reelected largely because of voter apathy, the fact that 1/3rd of the electorate seriously believes in this asshole, and above all, the sub-demographic of independent voters who thought they were so fucking smart when they uttered the fatal 5 words that election is always going to be known for: “but the price of bacon.” Each person who said that shit is fundamentally untrustworthy. They are as trustworthy as MAGAts themselves.
