  1. Somewhere in NY state. Me btw.
  2. Wife made me a shirt last night, heading to the capitol shortly.
  3. Great march from 47th to 14th down 7th Ave. The crowd was massive. 20251018_125346.mp4
  4. Wife and I are going to our first ever protest in downtown Dallas in a bit. Gonna park in my office garage and walk a few blocks over. Wish us luck!
  5. Says Boston. Holy shit if real.
  6. Little bitty Navasota. I took these a little late in the protest. There were about half again as many at the height of it. That's a lot of folks for our conservative town, and we got a goodly number of honks and full hand waves. Not nearly as many one fingered salutes as waves. I was impressed and encouraged.

Scott Jennings is one the most vile people alive. And CNN is vile for platforming him.
  8. One battle after another I think that’s the point. We want a party atmosphere. We won’t be goaded into violence
  9. I fucked up the entire thing and protested at Burger King.
  10. It's politics. It's ineffectual until it isn't. You keep going out there.

Here's the thing that there is really no getting around. When millions of people across the country are going out on their Saturday specifically to protest against the idea of "your Presidency," you're a shitty leader. We've had plenty of protests over the last century for concepts like Women's Rights, Civil Rights, protests against wars like Vietnam, etc. Yes, of course, tangentially, they often were targeting those in power. Have we ever had mass protests like this in the last century where the basic concept is "everything about you sucks"
  12. Let me just say for one day and one day only I hate every one of you motherfuckers. GBB!
  13. Was at the Seattle march - 90,000, no arrests, one guy along the route yelling something unintelligible at the marchers. Cops here were barely in evidence; they stay a block away in either direction to stop traffic on the cross streets and basically just wave at everyone. It's easy to march in a place like Seattle, or Portland, or NYC - it's those of you who go out in small towns and red states that will end up making the difference. It's showing up that shows like-minded people in your communities that they are not alone; that there are others like them out there. It's people like you that run risks that we don't. Without the big cities and blue states there would be no momentum for this - but without the smaller communities throughout the country nothing will ever change. Thank you to everyone who went out today.
  14. Drove from Austin to Anahuac this morning for @austingirl's cousin's wedding. Drove past two nice-sized protests in Giddings and Brenham. We stopped in Brenham for lunch, so I walked over and talked to a few protestors. They were rightfully upset about Medicare, Social Security, and the impact of tariffs on farmers. Don't write off small towns. There's a lot of people there just as pissed as the rest of us.
  15. I’m missed the game to watch a junior high production of Cats and my kid isn’t even in the play (ran the lights). Clearly one of the smartest decisions of my life.
  16. The missus bearing witness. And she’s been wearing the hell outta that shirt. Because Mary had some shit to say, and she wasn’t holding back. The Magnificat: It was the biggest such event I’ve ever been at. The crowd was perfectly peaceful, but also fucking serious. It was diverse racially, gender, culture, hippies, professionals, veterans, everyone. It was patriotic as hell, flags everywhere, citations to the constitution all over, love of country proclaimed loudly. We are patriots. Those who would hand over our Republic to a dictator who opposes everything America stands for are traitors. Never forget that.
  17. “the adults” who are back in charge.
  18. Lot of choppers in the air, so will be a lot of good aerial footage. fadfbcd2ea5fd6d09e89c417721c0b36.mp4
  19. poor OL in the NIL era for a blue blood program is inexcusable
  20. In case you were in a coma during the Charlie Strong era, that is what it was like.
  21. well. that was enjoyable, absolutely gorgeous day! ☀️ way more people than i expected here in White-lanta. law enforcement was a very benign and sparse (visible) presence...i waved and gave a thumbs up to a couple standing a block off and got the same in return. people in vehicles blocked at intersections were totally chill, chatting out their windows...one youngish marine veteran was sitting in the bed of his pickup giving fist bumps to the crowd and wearing a Fuck Trump hat lol. awesome signage... and im always especially fond of simple to the point brevity... i haven't looked at anything from other cities yet, hope Austin didn't have problems...but Denver did it's thing pretty well, i'll be interested in hearing the numbers on the news tonight. 🤘🇺🇲 oh yeah we saw the guy in charge of it all 😆
  22. This is about as bad as I've ever felt about a win.
  23. At the very least, they've got their heads up someone's ass.
  24. Abso-fucking-lutely this. Peaceful partying to show those MAGA fucks that "This is America. Not their fascist bullshit one.

  29. These lies and incendiary language are endangering regular Americans that will peacefully protest. If any protestors are killed or injured this weekend, the blood is on their hands. Mike Johnson is a traitor to the United States. Unfuckingbelievable. I will cheer when this twerp faces justice.
