  5. Incredible The First Separate Medical Battalion of Ukraine has completed an unprecedented evacuation mission using a ground robotic vehicle equipped with an armored capsule. The operation involved rescuing a wounded defender who had remained in enemy-controlled territory for 33 days after being injured. Six previous attempts to extract him had failed, with six robotic systems lost in the process. The seventh mission finally succeeded, allowing the soldier to be evacuated from the occupied area. On its way, the robotic platform triggered an anti-personnel mine, damaging one of its wheels, yet it continued its mission. During the return, the vehicle came under attack from a Russian drone, but the armored capsule protected the wounded soldier, preventing further injuries. In total, the robotic system covered 64 kilometers, including 37 kilometers on a damaged wheel. The evacuee was delivered to safety, provided with medical care, and is now in stable condition — his life is out of danger.

"Trumponomics just delivered the worst job losses in 20 years." That's it. That should be shouted, on repeat, by every Dem in existence, for the rest of the year. Simple, direct messaging. "Trump is fucking you up the ass." Stop explaining, stop hedging. Just say simple things that a 4th grader can understand.

The first time I saw the nudes of our great Patriot first lady and her immigrant titties, this Gaytriot turned into a Stratriot! I went home to my wife that very day and finally consummated our marriage on our 7th anniversary. My three children owe their very existence to those tasteful, boner-inducing nudie pics. Patriot of the Year? More like Patriot of the Millennium!

I like how RFK Jr. used his years of accumulated medical knowledge to nope the fuck out of that room ASAP.

She should pinkie promise Johnson she won't say the discharge petition. Get sworn in, sign the document five seconds later. That's what the Rs would do.
  12. But did you have to mention Mack's embarrassing losses to OU? Be respectful. Do I ever bring up OU's 49-0 loss in 2022? Or what about 34-3 in 2023? Have I ever dropped a completely irrelevant reference to this year's 23-6 outcome? Or the fact that OU has not scored a touchdown against Texas in 3 of the last 4 games? No, I don't do anything like that. I have class.

Bold prediction: If we invade Nigeria and Venezuela, the government shutdown continues through Christmas, the economy tanks worse than 2008, ICE goes crazy with tear gas in 20 more cities, they tear down West Wing of the White House, and the Epstein files get released and show that Trump repeatedly fucked underage girls, I could see his approval rating dipping into the high 20s.

The only time I’ve ever been to PR was for a baseball tournament that involved one American team, one PR team, one Mexican team, one Dominican team, and one Cuban team. Summer after my freshman year of college. I was 19 years old. Playing with some top tier college kids from other SEC schools. We had a blast meeting all the other players. Most of them admired our top of the line gear. We all partied together, and broke through the language barrier with a general love for baseball, girls, booze, etc. 19-20year olds finding a common ground, and getting along. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life to this day. Then we had to play against each of them. Each country’s team. We. Got. Fucking. Destroyed.

As someone who loves (1) electoral politics and (2) geography, I absolutely adore shit like this. Of course, there's real good reason for that. The coascoastline from 100 Million years ago left fertile soil that was ideal for plantation agriculture. It's not that the only plantations were there; it's that the plantations that were there could grow larger and required more slaves. And when those slaves were converted into sharecropper-serfs tied to the land, they stayed. Hence, those counties remain disproportionately Black and disproportionately Democratic. The past is never past, man. An ancient coastline dictates voting behavior in the American South. The 19th Century imperial borders between Germany and Russia dictates voting behavior in Poland. You just can't understand electoral politics if you don't have an appreciation for history.

  20. Good basic summary. I would also add that Trump has repeatedly unilaterally overwritten Congressional passed laws (tariffs, selectively defunding departments he doesn't like, etc) and the pubs in congress have done absolutely nothing to oppose it to the point that even if they "make a deal" there is ample reason to believe it will just be overwritten the second the government reopens. Basically there is absolutely no reason for the dems to in any way help pass anything at this point. This is what happens when you elect not serious performative people to manage serious things. chaos.

Remember this, women -- the Heritage Society absolutely wants this outcome. Next time you stop in the voting booth to vote Republican, make sure you stop off first and step into a dressing room to get fitted for your Handmaid's outfit. You are literally voting yourself into sub-citizen status.
  22. Recruiting: Coaches on the road; 5-star visit update (Thurs. 5:30am CT) By Gerry Hamilton Recruiting: Coaches on the road; 5-star visit update Members of the Texas staff will be on the road starting today. Stops include LSU 4-star+ OT commit Brysten Martinez, 4-star defensive line commit Corey Wells, 4-star+ defensive line commit Vodney Cleveland various stops in the Lone Star State and likely a coach in the Sunshine State. OTF dives into the latest on the recruiting trail as the coaches begin their stops for the week. November 22-23 visitor list ... 5-star Richard Anderson, DL, New Orleans, La./Edna Karr - *LSU commit (maybe/likely) There were reports of Anderson possibly visiting for the Texas A&M game. That is not what OTF was told Wednesday night. It's the Arkansas game weekend that Texas is targeting, and had discussions about with Anderson and his circle yesterday. There is some pressure from those around LSU NIL to not make any visits. Texas coaches are expected by the school Friday. 4-star+ Brysten Martinez, OT, Gonzales, La./East Ascension - *LSU commit Texas had a very successful unofficial visit last weekend, and now are expected to receive and OV. Who and when LSU makes their hire looms large here. 4-star+ Dre Quinn, EDGE, Buford, Ga./High - Ohio State or Texas decision expected by the 6-4, 230-pounder. The Buckeyes may have the slight momentum edge currently. 3-star++ Toray Davis, DB, Boulder, Colo./Fairview - Washington very much in it after a recent OV. November 22-23 will be a first visit to Texas. Defensive line recruiting ... Four junior college prospects are being evaluated. Two at defensive tackle, and two at edge. More on that in the coming days. Texas continues to recruit 4-star+ DL and Florida pledge Kendall Guervil (Fort Myers, Fla./High). This is the first week that Guervil has been a little more shaky about coming in for a visit. Florida collective applying a lot of pressure right now to stick. Texas would accept a flip commitment from 4-star EDGE and Baylor pledge Jamarion Carlton (Temple, Texas/High). Texas is also staying in contact with 5-star LSU EDGE commit Trenton Henderson (Pensacola, Fla./Pine Forest).
