Transfer Cycle 2025-2026 - I'm With Stupid
I went to Texas and currently have a working cow calf operation, and I did not have the help of NIL money to do so. Jordan Shipley went to Texas and was working on a ranch when his accident happened. The easiest way to get into the cattle business is to have money. He said he wanted to be a cattle rancher not a vet.

Texas Recruiting Notes 2026: Boulevard of Broken Bagmen
This is not quite on the same level, but I am about to start day three of an open plea where the phrase "pocket pussy" has been used more times than I ever thought would happen in court room. Just for clarification, I am the lawyer not the defendant.

ESPN GAME DAY
I have always found that my interest in Gameday is directly related to our record. If we are in the national title hunt, I watch every minute. If we are not, I only consume Longhorn centric media and drink bourbon in a dark room. I then only watch our games on mute and violently yell. I am excited about Gameday this year.

More proof that I am not an insider. As a fan and alumni, NIL does make me ok with the move.

Negative Recruiting Your Own School: The aggy Screenshot Megathread
I always find it funny when aggy argues that we changed our position on the SEC out of necessity, jealousy, or some other made-up reason. We did not want to go the SEC because it was a cesspool of cheating. While we may not have always been perfect, we generally have not been ok with cheating either as a university or a fanbase. I am no insider but what changed? - NIL. You turn the lights on, and the cockroaches run away. Once cheating could be countered by legal means, the SEC is by far the best option. The Alston decision comes down in June, 2021. We announce SEC move July, 2021.

T'Vondre Sweat Appreciation Thread
PBTs are not admissible in trial as they are not scientifically reliable. Obviously, the video is the most important piece of evidence, but from what is in that affidavit it looks like a good chance of a not guilty to me. Only two clues in the one leg stand and walk and turn is pretty good for a big guy. 2 clues on each puts him right at the decision point on both of those tests.
