At this point, I can't even tell if you're in favor of such hard-nosed approaches or if I wasn't sufficiently sarcastic . I would have thought that the quotation marks and professed appreciation of drool was a sign, but maybe I'm just sissified (not that those are mutually exclusive).
Give me the good old days before "concussion protocol" and other nonsense, when real mean would use their head as a battering ram, drool a little bit and get up to do it again.
Interesting: Andrew Ellis (tOSU guy) just put in a CB for Ryan Watts to tOSU. Would imagine that has something to do with how hard OU is pushing for Eaton. Looks like Watts decommitted from OU tonight too.
I think it's reasonable to think it happens, but may be a stretch to assume. If Stingley can start for LSU with their general DB depth, I don't think it's crazy to think Ringo could do the same with us. I'm just hopeful that he comes and Green, Jamison, Cook, etc. make it more difficult than him just being able to walk up and take it.
Hilarious from a "shut up, Aggy" perspective, but would preferred Dixon to flip. Maybe he's gotten a little taller and Yancy can put some weight on him to be a TE.
The guy that CBd him to OU is a Baylor reporter, so likely just seeing a WR with an OU offer and figured that he's definitely going to OU. That is also his only 2020 CB, so not sure what the hell is going on with feeling the need to make that prediction.
Roach note on Jordan: "It's been a pretty slow day, so i don't have a ton for Mike at Night. I did see West Mesquite RB Ty Jordan in action today. I spoke to him for a bit after practice, and it sounds like his decision could actually come during the season. Jordan said he's had some thoughts about doing it before the season, but he's not entirely sure on a timeline yet. Ty told me that Tennessee, USC, and Utah are the other schools in the mix for his decision. I still feel good with my Texas crystal ball."
Jonah Miller is an OT (#29 OT) at Bijan's high school, so I would imagine we have a good inroad there, but I doubt we would push for/accept a commitment from him this early. That's the only '21 AZ offer, so would assume he's talking about Bijan or hinting at Ransom/Ringo, but have no idea ($9.95).
SIAP - Roach "I've done some gathering of intelligence on Eaton. From what I can tell, Texas would take him and i was even told by one source they are in the lead for him. Still trying to get more confirmation on that before feeling confident."
