A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
I'm surprised that DOJ accepted this Certification as an indication of compliance with the Subpoena. It has all sorts of indicators of unreliability. "I have been designated to serve as Custodian of Records" rather then "I am Custodian of Records". (Who made the designation? When?) "Based upon information that has been provided to me . . . " (What information? Who provided it? When?) The information is true "to the best of my knowledge." (What is the knowledge and how was it acquired?) This is hardly a document that can be used as a basis for perjury. It would not be considered as competent evidence in a civil case.

I'm assuming your use of "blackmale" was not intentional with respect to Ladybugs.

Haven't read the Motion. Was it filed seeking emergency relief? If so, the pro hac vice screw-up is especially comical. If not, it is not even facially serious.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
As usual with the Dotard, it's mostly performative. 1. Take the offensive, no matter how absurd the position. 2. Change the public dialog and distract from the real issue. 3. When the Motion is dismissed, rail about the rigged system. It's not about actually getting a favorable ruling. It's about maximizing the role as victim.- United States Ambassador Herschel Walker
Herschel doesn't think for himself. He has no ability to think at all.- 2022 Senate Elections

There have been reports that the MAL surveillance tapes (obtained through subpoena) showed boxes being removed from the storage room - after their return had been requested. That's a pretty BFD.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
His hesitation was because he didn't want to say "no", then realizing that anything but an unequivocal denial would be tantamount to an admission of criminal conduct.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
Aggiehawg claims to be a retired lawyer with significant appellate experience. I wandered over there quite a bit during the post- election litigation orgy. Her takes were always laughably bad. She probably thinks Pence still has the power to ignore the electors.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
You are correct. One requirement for eligibility to be a Special Agent: Be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance. https://www.fbijobs.gov/special-agents I learned something new today.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
Not at all. Just curious. I'm guessing that there was someone there with security clearance. But I don't recall seeing that mentioned in the dozen or so articles I've read.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
A thought has occurred to me concerning the search and seizure, and I haven't seen it discussed anywhere. The assumption is that some of the records retained by Trump were classified. But FBI agents would not have security clearance to see classified documents. But FBI agents would not have security clearance to see classified documents. It would seem that someone with a much higher security clearance, such as an intelligence official, would have to be present for the search. Has there been any reporting of such officials being there?- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
But there has to be an actual question asked. The Q and A can be shown to the jury. If the depo only lasted an hour they probably didn't cover much ground.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
15 boxes of documents were returned and indexed. The implication is that there were more. There are reports that in June the agents saw records that were marked as top secret.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
So am I right that there are two separate strands to this? 1. Misuse of classified documents. 2. Possession, concealment, destruction, etc. of government records. The first would be far more serious, but might be clouded by his assertion that he declassified them before leaving office. The second would be an easier standard to prove, would apply regardless of the classification status of the documents, and could result in disqualification from office per the statute quoted upthread.- A story about a pathetic man's downfall [34 Felony Convictions]
That's where he kept the pics of Ivanka.- Alex Jones
It's possible that the 2 holdouts wanted to award more in actuals.- Alex Jones
Sounds like a response from someone who doesn't know the Rule and is either too lazy or too busy to look it up. On a different note, has there been any discussion of whether AJ is covered by insurance and, if not, why not? I would think any merits personality would have liability insurance for defamation and the like. - Game Day Experience 2022
