  1. Haven’t had a beer or anything in over 3 weeks. No way I’m watching this shit today without drinking though. Cheers!
  2. Short must not be as brittle as a normal player. Took a pretty good shot yesterday. I’d rather have Altuve in left and Matthews at second. Hummel and Trammell are just bad but Chas is worse. Hard to believe that is a major league lineup.
  3. At this point they are wasting a spot with Salazar on Astros. Hummell can be the emergency third catcher, if we must keep him. May as well have someone up who can actually play the field. Singleton also needs a spot on the 40. Houston Space Cowboys. Giddyup. Just setting the stage for one of the greatest stories ever told!
  4. Better score 5. Neris and Ort left. Pick your poison.
  5. Should have been blowing that shit by him in the first place instead of shit in the dirt.
  6. Chas got shafted on strike 3 but he swung at every other piece of junk pitch. He asked for it.
  7. IP H R ER W K HR Verlander last night 2.2 9 4 4 2 0 0 Lance tonight 2.2 5 4 4 3 1 0 It ain’t 2017 anymore boys
  8. Whatever Pena did to stop chasing that shit away, he needs to teach it to Diaz. Dude swings at everything.
  9. Deserve that run. FU HPU.
  10. Could probably get a good prospect for Caratini. Lot of value in that dude.
  11. Wow. It’s over. Trade everybody.
  12. That was a gift
  13. Arrighetti 3 innings, 0 ER, 1 hit, 0 BB, 43 pitches
  14. I also realize we have a winning record against the other division leaders, have played a tough schedule and have the easiest schedule left the rest of the year. Maybe we are that good and we just ride it out. Win the next two and the next series and we will all feel better. Fuck it. Those were some damn good bloody Mary’s this morning. Let’s win a World Series.
  15. There are some hard decisions to potentially be made in the next 12 days. Do we trust our medical staff enough to honestly tell us when everyone will potentially be back? What will they be like if and when they come back? Does Yordan play like Yordan this year? The grownup conversation needs to be had that we have had some good baseball luck on the field so far but the tide could be shifting. If Yordan is Yordan and we get another bat and everyone comes back, I’m all for full speed ahead. If there’s any doubt on Yordan or anyone else, we owe it to ourselves to at least listen to what some desperate team may offer for Framber. Keeping Framber to potentially miss the playoffs or be an easy out sets us back 3 years if/when he leaves. One draft pick is nothing. The Tucker trade has opened my eyes as to how it could help keep us keep rolling for another 3-5 years by adding 2-3 top players now. We will still have a solid core next year but the farm is still weak as hell. Adding a starter and a prospect or two would help. I’m not advocating we must trade him. Flags fly forever and if Dana can add the pieces to make us a serious contender then let’s go. But I would also like to be in this position for the foreseeable future and an influx of talent would help. People lose their freaking minds at the mere mention of trading Framber. I get it. Fans gonna fanatic. I’d rather keep him too. People thought the world was ending when we traded Tucker and lost Bregman. But I don’t think maybe moving Framber makes us sellers. I think we could do both at the same time and contend this year and in future with trades. I’m not sure Dana has the ability or authority to get that creative. I’d love to see what Luhnow would do in this situation. At the end of the day, I’m a fan of the name on the front of the jersey not the back. Let’s hope this is just a two or three week lull and we get going again soon. I hate losing. Just one man’s opinion. Flame away.
  16. 3.0 IP, ER, 3 K, 2 BB Two walks, passed ball, infield hit for run in the third.
  17. Let’s steal a couple from little brother now and really start some shit.
  18. kid will fit in just fine
  19. Baseball draft is such a crap shoot. Teams are gonna pay first rounders millions of dollars to be Taylor Trammell or Brendan Rogers. Go broke in the real world with that kind of return on investments
  20. Well they went for 2031 lineup. He was mocked to Astros a lot. Power bat at 3rd.
