  1. Malik wouldn’t run when things were covered. Didn’t look anywhere near as comfortable as Arch in the pocket. If you watch enough ball, you know the glimpses you saw last night. Ewers and Malik offer no RPO threat whatsoever.
  2. This can’t be overstated. A competent running QB who can be a threat in the RPO will turn Sark’s offense into a juggernaut. Fun times ahead, boys.
  3. I think we can recruit behind this.
  4. Raisin Nut Bran. Real ones know. inb4 immamac on-topic warning...
  5. Maybe not a complete game, but I felt like Sark was much more aggressive in the play-calling versus mid-season games like Houston and BYU. So many great schemed routes and calls, from Whit's 2pt conversion to Helm's drag route. Feels like Sark was conservative in dipping into his playbook earlier in the year, doing just enough to win without committing too much to tape. Now he's ramping up his bag of tricks.
  6. I was in the student section for the Kindle demolition of Potts. Honest to god I thought his head rolled off in his helmet. The type of generational hit that Potts' grandchildren, years from now, will still feel a vague, visceral uneasiness overcome them at the sight of burnt orange.
  7. Sark in the Hoth drip last night.
  8. Had late-2000s vibes. What a fucking season. 🤘
  9. I know I read the last page, but all I can recall are Alison Brie's absolute bazookas.
  10. NFL arm, no doubt. His pocket presence and progressions need help. Dude still doesn’t see the field well enough to be successful on Sundays.
  11. To my eyes, a huge component to Sark turtling in second halves is he has yet to have a QB on campus that he fully trusts to make the necessary reads for his offense.
  12. The differences are much better recruiting hit percentages and roster management. Actual in-game management still seems to find this team in tight games. We’re a fucking rorshach right now.
  13. Vermin on the field. Classic Lubbock.
  14. “Unsatisfying win” does not compute for me after the Strong and Herman years.
  15. We’re not winning out. Wake up.
  16. Weigman out for the season?? It's not even October Collapse Szn yet!
