Was this a "Kamala Harris AI report" about GERN's institutional ownership?
"Geron has 71% of its shares owned institutionally, so that means institutions own a great majority of it. So what does that mean? Institutions own 71% of the shares!"
not really a write up, but it is good that institutions are betting on it.
Cooks can't get in and out of his breaks quickly anymore, that was his best feature. He isn't garnering a 4th in return...not when KC can go out and likely get Amari Cooper or Davante Adams for a 2nd or 3rd.
Got to see Kris about 5-6 years ago at the Waco Hippodrome. Put on a pretty badass show for a man his age and I’m happy as hell we made a point to be there.
My thirsty wanted whiskey…my hungry needed beans.
Now I’m not saying I beat the devil. But I drank his beer for nothin…and then I stole his song.
RIP Kris.
When the market is convinced that things are working. The 25’s and 30’s are up since the announcement. Market isn’t convinced inflation is fully tamed, or that economic conditions are sufficient, or some combination.
Similar situation up here yesterday. Places around Lorena got like 4.5" in an hour along with hail and crazy winds. Buddy of mine's place was absolutely wrecked in about 40 minutes yesterday afternoon. Trees down, water coming into their house...crazy shit.
I firmly, 100% believe that US refining capacity being based on the crude grades that come from the Middle East (and venezuela) is 100% dedicated to intentionally running them out of oil as fast as we can possibly make it happen.
Especially since the kids came along, I no longer cook 225. I'm a 300 fan through and through now. I build my bed of coals with Mesquite Charcoal and mesquite logs. Then as the cook goes along, I move into my post oak. If I'm adding any ribs or poultry in the last several hours, it'll be split 50/50 with oak and pecan. So my briskets will always have started with mesquite, moved to oak, and sometimes get a little pecan thrown in the mix.
It's merely an example. Hell, most military base perimeters are primarily chain link fencing. Most gas stations only have bollards at either end of the fuel pump with 10-15 feet in between where the pump actually sits. Let's start a bollard war against every small time business owner who doesn't have enough bollards or only employs chain link fence.
Yes, I'm being hyperbolic, but the absurdity of it is equivalent to your wanton blame-casting....which is of no surprise.
Since the pipeline predated the homes being built, perhaps the developer should be at fault for not paying ETP to put up bollards around the valve in the middle of the field. I mean, they have to pay to put in streets and and water lines and other such shit. Shouldn't the be a consideration.
And Captainant, guess what guards every wind turbine you see on the horizon....
