Glad I finally looked and found this thread. My current favorite cheap watch. Been eyeing the new Dan Henry 38mm chrono too.

Dang, small inkosi is probably my favorite smaller CRK. I like that the blade is a little wider (edge to spine). I just like the blade shape better in general than the small sebenza.
  5. Anyone hunted me pflugerville this year? I'm finally getting out tomorrow.

I usually have 3-4 of each laying around and just grab one.

BIC lighters may be the most well made product with respect to their price in the history of mankind. I just picked mine up out of the bottom of the washing machine and it worked immediately. I have a lot of nice guns, knives and watches and I appreciate the quality of all of them, but pound for pound I think the BIC stacks up well against the Colt Python, Randall knife, and Omega watch. Every other lighter is complete crap when compared as well. Is there another product that dominates the competition or has the quality to price ratio of the bic lighter?
  8. I bought a massdrop victorinox with an ETA for like $140. Kind of a wear it until it dies watch. I've bought a bunch of stuff in the $500-1000 range and it's pretty tempting to just sell most off before they need service and buy maybe one expensive watch. Kind of crazy that service cost makes most watches under a grand damn near disposable.
  9. Seems like you could buy a new movement for that price.
  10. Funny, I was actually reading about that today. Yelp reviews were pretty mixed fwiw.
  11. I wouldn't see that Tudor on someone's wrist and think, well that guy couldn't afford a Rolex (unless it was my wrist at some point hopefully, then that would be an accurate statement) I've acquired more watches than I want over the last year. Thinking about either that tudor chrono or a 39.5 mm PO to replace most of them before long. Someday I'll quit being lazy and sell off some knives and watches.
  12. I dunno about all that, but the Tudor heritage chrono you mentioned is at the top of my list.
  13. Happy 4th... almost
  14. I paid $600 for the black version of that Tag about a year ago. Did have a small scratch on the bezel.
  15. Got this on today. Think I might put it on leather though.
  16. I've picked up a couple victorinox autos under $200. Both really nice beaters.
  17. Anyone that cant go want to sell 4 for tomorrow? Seems like a good way to break my 3 and 4 year old in to going to UT games.
  18. Anyone preordered the black bay 58?
  19. Ah, if you are in Oklahoma you should probably get a 45 anyhow. I hear methheads are harder to take down.
  20. Are you in Austin and not a felon? I have one that I'd sell.
  21. Anyone have a glock 43 they want to trade for my 19?
  22. I just got this Massdrop Crux in, designed by Ferrum Forge, made by WE. It's probably the best knife for the money I've ever bought. I'd take it over any of the 3 Hinderers I've owned or the spyderco Nirvana. It's as well done as any CRK knives I've had also. To me the Ferrum forge knives have always been about the best looking blade design around, but a little beyond what I wanted to spend on a knife I'm going to use. Spyderco recently pissed me off after having been my favorite knives most of my life, so I pretty much carry a CRK and a GEC of some sort every day. This will definitely be getting a lot of pocket time though. I'll probably be looking at more of the massdrop knives too. I don't love the massdrop stamp on the blade, but at least it's on the back side and small.
  23. No experience, but they seem to cost about twice what they should.
  24. Better pic
