I wanna neg your smartass so badly, but as my kids learned, as long as it's funny I'll let it slide.
Went into Macy's and bitched that "suit" means 2 pieces. They're overnighting the pants.
I was laughing at starlight getting so upset at Hughie for sleeping with her body double. But then recalled getting in trouble for being unfaithful to my ex wife in her dream, so it's probably spot on.
If we can't trust Louisiana law officers to enforce the law as written against a local big business that brings millions into the community, then what has this world come to?
I did not know that about Louisiana. I recall reading that Atlantic city passed something similar decades ago and counters ate them alive until the NJ commission changed it.
Have Louisiana casinos reacted by going 6-5 payout or otherwise stacking odds further against the players?
I've been working on learning the standard Hi-Lo system and have gotten decent, though a very fast dealer can still make my head spin at times.
Assuming I get that part down, what's the optimal betting strategy? If you're at a 2 deck table, betting the minimum and switching to max once the count gets to +10 is probably good from a pure mathematics standpoint, but I imagine some pit bosses are going to get very interested.
Any advice on a safe range of wager variance that's not going to draw attention?
I read somewhere that the Nigerian scam emails are intentionally unprofessional and loaded with typos to filter out a lot of the people with a working brain stem thereby letting the scammers work on the idiots more likely to fall for it.
I think casinos are using the CU winning a national championship bet in the same way. Anyone that places that bet is getting loads of free plays and anything else to keep them betting at that particular sports book.

Which was also the cheapest thing on the menu back in the late 80s, something like 1.99, so therefore that was my go-to order.
I was there last fall and decided to try it for old times sake and well, I'm glad I have a little money now.
Re Bert - Wasn't there some rule that if a walkon gets a certain number of snaps he counts against the 85? Or maybe I'm getting it confused with a rule that if a 2 sport athlete plays he counts against the higher revenue sport's allocation.
Seems like this is a loophole you could drive a truck through for skirting the 85 man limit.
If you're a poor like me and driving through SB with dogs, check out Douglas Family preserve. Huge off leash dog park with trails overlooking the Pacific and you can take a trail down to a dog beach right below it (Arroyo Burro Beach).
One caveat if you have a retriever, it's on a cliff, so try to avoid the trails on the cliff side.
I'm currently in Newport VT. This afternoon it was clear enough I could look across the lake and see what those sneaky Canadians are up to. Clear skies forecast for tomorrow too.
