  1. Looks like you enjoyed your visit. Nice. This photo with multiple contrails reminds me that the natural beauty here is almost always accompanied by these aerial features. One of my favorite hiking activities is to pause periodically and check the sky for aircraft. It is very rare to not see any, and spotting multiples is the most common outcome. Thankfully most are too high to generate noise.
  2. If you are going to West Fork at 6-6:30am, you'll be fine to park in the lot this time of year, especially on a weekday. Just be aware that you cannot turn left into the lot from northbound 89A, you have to pass it, and then find a place to turn around. Sunrise is ~7:30am right now, but pre-dawn hiking is awesome. For Devil's Bridge, go from Mescal trailhead parking lot. You should be able to get a spot that early. For the Cathedral loop, I recommend parking at Baldwin or Yavapai Vista trailheads, as the Cathedral trailhead is closed to parking most days. You can also take a shuttle if you want to start there. If you start at Yavapai Vista at that early time, you'll see things like this:
  3. I blame the Irish.....Texan.
  4. I assumed that he was borrowing the lyric, but changing it to fit the premise that he is okay with Texas stealing roster depth of bread quality from poorer programs. I could be wrong, and perhaps he is in fact one of those "blinded by the light, dressed up like a douche" guys. And there it is.
  5. Interesting. I had not considered that we need a decent OL in order to be successful, and I'm pretty sure that no one else on Surly has either. Pay attention, assholes. This is the type of insight that this board needs.
  6. Why? Tom Landry's ghost thinks we are fine at QB.
  7. Dude. This is already being discussed. https://www.surlyhorns.com/board/topic/49979-delete/
  8. Would you say the same if he hadn't let you swim in his pond?
  9. Maybe he's still learning to speak Eenglish. You ever think of that, smart guy?
  10. Hilarious. I hadn't heard that one before...unless you count the other 239847297 times.

We'll have to wait and see, but I'm assuming the Trae Young trade is going to negatively impact Tre's minutes. How effective would a Trae Tre lineup be? Maybe the Wiz plan to win 142 - 139 every night.
  12. Helobious clearly isn't getting things done. Whatever works.
  13. and the degenerates
  14. The sheriff is near!
  15. What do you mean "kind of," you jerk.
  16. They added Rizo, so hey already fucked up.
  17. I bitched and moaned on this thread about GPU prices when I built a new rig in June, but I'm glad I went through with it when I did. I spent $143 on 2x32. Today's price for what I bought is $630.
  18. Yes. The entire series.
  19. Half? When did you get so optimistic.
