aggy could dress this up. Let's see, the grind of playing in the SEC just wore them down. If they had Tech's route, all four of the SEC teams would be in the finals. Tech never had to leave Lubbock and then had an easy draw of playing Michigan and Arka....uh oh. Oh yeah, Arkansas was worn down from playing in the SEC and ... some other stuff and SEC! SEC! SEC!
Nicole is going because Oneyka is going. Courtney will tell the producers who she’s into and the producers will tell Demi so she can stake her claim before Courtney gets there. Courtney won’t last a week and will leave in tears after being owned by Demi.
You have battered Surl syndrome from all the assholes on here attacking you. It's makes it hard to joke around with you. I'm just having some fun. I enjoy your walls of text. I read the entire thing.
Anyway, I hope they have Derrick Henry back some time. I think he's one of the more underrated athletes to ever appear on The Challenge.
95% of the people alive would probably like to change at least something about their appearance. Not sure why that makes him insecure. I'd do the same thing if I wasn't so fucking lazy
Glad to see this thread finally make a turn that is making sense to me. I'm ready for someone who actually liked it to chime in here and let us know why they liked it. Especially if they are a fan of the book. Actually, only if they are a fan of the book. If you're unfamiliar with the book, I could maybe see why you would react differently to this.
This adaptation reminds me of The Graduate, only reversed. The Graduate (book) was humorless and almost depressing. Benjamin wasn't really a character you rooted for. Somehow, Mike Nichols and Buck Henry figured out a way to turn that steaming pile of shit into an American classic in cinema. Whoever is responsible for this took an American classic in literature and turned it into a humorless, steaming pile of shit.
I love playing Fun with aggy Futility. So you're saying we took two decades off from Omaha due to poor coaching hires and still managed to win as many in games in 3 days in 2016 as aggy has won in their entire history? That doesn't seem possible.
I was wondering just how pathetic aggy is at sports and I wasn't sure about baseball, so I had to check. They've been to 6 CWS, a pathetic number in itself. Their records in the 6 appearances
1951 1-2 Beat Ohio State
1964 0-2
1993 1-2 Beat KU
1999 0-2
2011 0-2
2017 0-2
That is all. It seemed timely and I just found it funny as fuck and wanted to share.
I’m half way thru episode 5 and I’m just not understanding what they were going for. They’ve scrubbed 98% of the humor from it and made it a serious war drama. I imagine if I’d never read the book or seen the original movie and I went in knowing it’s a serious war drama, I might have liked it better. I was expecting MASH and I got The Thin Red Line. On the Derka scale, I give this 1/2 [emoji294]️ out of 5 stars.
