Prepare for ibrx elevator down after I picked up some March calls with a 5 strike. feeling lucky though as I taco’d some bank calls when dipshit threatened to cap CC interest, 3 day hold for 40% roi. That combined with uuraff blowing up, solid jan. still kicking around the gun play but the call spreads are just too much to stomach.
The agent stuff is very common, I know first hand of it. The brokers kick some cash or some hook ups to a local for whatever team they’re trying to buy (if needed to be a local as some setups require it) and the broker just uses that persons name/address
I worked on a retail property wherein she was a tenant as operator of a kids clothing store. Pretty sure the landlord didn’t make out very well on that one.
As we continue to smash the accelerator through the floorboard with the cliff edge 300 feet away, thoughts on making some cheddar on the growing civil unrest as folks realize they need some big iron? Kicking around swbi or rgr leap calls, started contemplating it Monday evening and both bitches ran up 5% since.
How dare you all interject politics into the markets discussion thread! This thread is all about the financial markets that are entirely independent from political influence, you should receive blinking envelopes for conflating the two!
On the one hand I agree with you that the elections are up to the states and these guardrails will hold… but at the end of the day if congress gop’rs just flat out say we ain’t leaving then who will enforce it? Also, your same guardrail on elections should be applied to birthright. You’re saying scotus will strike it down and automatically millions of us born citizens will be deported or at least be stripped of their vote? In my mind that seems less likely than direct ballot box interference, suspending election, ignoring results At the end of the day the shit has to be enforced and as of today I don’t hold much faith in that muscle.
It’s those things but also geography speaking it’s not a massively sprawling city like LA or overly dense like NYC. It’s a blue city in a blue state that’s just big enough for headlines but not too big so a solid head count of ice fucks can overwhelm and make it appear they are an invading force. (Paraphrasing a tweet I saw with that as the explanation and it makes sense to me)
I just care about the hard facts and the hud secretary finally giving us actual figures and clearing the air. But to your point directly he said it’s 60% of housing demand NATIONWIDE is from illegals.
Anybody trying to point at what string a player is under sarks watch as an indicator of talent/value is asinine. Dude goes maybe 2 deep at a position, the fact Baxter was tre’s sub was a travesty.
The turning of the calendar into the new year has seemingly shifted about two gears higher, feels like break neck speed and the steering wheel is barely attached.
