Can't remember if I posted this over the summer. Spent much of May looking for an old coyote's den, then several weeks hidden and waiting for the pups to emerge. One day this momma griz hopped over a ledge at twenty feet away. No bueno. She spent a minute pacing and popping her jaws while I backed away.
