  1. Park City is getting nuked today. Glad I kept my reservations. This week's storm plus what's potentially coming next week should be good.
  2. Hmm, not exactly sure of the context of this comment, but Ill try and help. Im no religions scholar. The Ten Commandment were given to Moses as he was leading his people (the Jews who were slaves at the time). Moses finally convinced the leader of Egypt to let him take his people back to the promise land. Lots of back and forth and agreeing to it and then backing up on it ensued, Moses was finally granted passage but then of course Pharoah changed his mind and the parting of the red sea etc...(which very simply could have been a tied change to all the people here calling bs on the Bible). Any who, the 10 C's were Old testament law to give the Jews some semblance of statehood, standards, guidelines etc... The New Testament revealed a new contract, a new covenant between God and man whereby mortals were waiting for King with sword and instead God sent a different King, one whose only weapon was love and grace. A set of laws were set in place with this new covenant, many with their genesis (no pun) in the 10Cs. That is my very weak attempt to help you understand.
  3. Tentative plans are to be at @Auburn for 2 games. Their stadium looks nice. Looking forward to it

"Many, hundreds, consequently millions" - Deion Sanders on 1310 the ticket. You know who else saw things? the 7-10 young girls in Salem and dozens of innocent people were hanged.
  5. thank you sir, you're a good man.
  6. Booked Park City and Deer Valley for Mid-March. Looks like most of the mountain is open at PC and DV a little less so. Hoping for a big Feb snow dump. Dad-Daughter trip so just happy for any time with her on the mountain. She's already happy that she can use some of her sisters gear.
  7. I remember on TOS wrt to Football you had "In the Stands" and "On the field" to choose from. Earlier this week someone posted about Longhorn Bob's recruiting newsletter. Id print the 5+ pages of intel on recycled paper and bring with me for reading material on a business trip. Good times.
  8. Came across this graphic on X. This is the IU model; stack your starting lineup/roster with age maturity. Older, stronger well seasoned players, cut the mis-eval, guys wanting more $$ or mis-evals with vets. tOSU gained nearly 2 years (1 yr 6 mos) of age via this cycle.
  9. TCU plays (ed) D1, or at least they did in the 90's. Lot my HS/Club teammates played their 88-92. Midwestern St (not P4) in Wichita Falls had a solid program in the day as well.
  10. ha! Not so sure about that, we had half dozen DI transfers, Boston U, Santa Clara etc..pretty damn good team.
  11. CSB, I played on the Texas Men's Soccer team (club) and won a National Title for us, at the club level. Carry on.
