Took a glance at the last ten MLS updates I received in the Highland Hills/NW Hills areas:
-Two new listings
-One back on market
-Seven price reductions
That seems not good Bob. I don’t think I’ve seen more than five or six reductions in the last two years prior
Man, what a difference 25-50 miles can make. This model results in likely minimal movement for the Highlands.
Even the slightest movement north and Travis could easily go up 15-20’
I assumed Wells would unload that site entirely, not ground lease. All their West Austin stores are a beating. 35th, Far West, even Tarrytown is getting old and rundown.
What’s the rumor-of-the-month on what Randall’s will become?
When do we reach the True Blood tipping point where everyone is a superhero or has some sort of superpower ability?
I’m half expecting an upcoming series about the Abominable Snowman and Lochness Monster
Is Ward still doing his podcast? I really miss him on the radio. Went from listening to him every day to not hearing him once since the week following his new gig
Is any of the four corners rain going into Lake Mead? It sure would be cool to see Vegas, AZ and Cali not run out of water in the not-so-distant future
KVUE showing a nice, steady string of 105°s for their 7-day. Fantastic.
Anyone know what we’re up to on the 100° mark for the year? I can’t imagine we’re not going to wreck the 2011 record.
Also, did the tropics just decide to take the year off?
Nothing like the prospect of watching the eastern counties get 4-7" of rainfall when knowing if the storm took the same path just 50-75 miles to the east, some of the Highlands could easily go up 10-15' in a matter of days.
La Mancha gets docked several points because their drinks are weak AF. The food is slightly above average but their drinks single handily keep the majority of our neighborhood social circle from going there
Yep. We’ve had this all wrong. 2011 is going to look like a cakewalk by time all of this is over. Our previous 100° mark for June is 17 days. If we have five more days this month above 100° we tie the record. The “coolest” day in the 7-day shows 102°. The long ranges show nothing below 101° at least 14 days out.
Buckle up boys and girls. It’s gonna be a doozy/NedRyerson
