So we have been looking to buy in a certain neighborhood (currently own a home elsewhere) and we found a home that is in the early stages of being gutted and completely re-done. We have engaged the developer and they are interested in us being the buyer and customizing to our liking.
How on earth would that work? What is the "typical" process there? I'm worried if we agree on a price and sign a contract now then all the incentive to do a good job is gone for the developer. Can you build in an "option" period for something like this to where after they finish we can see the house and back out for a fee?
Going to a Rangers game is a miserable experience for most of the season.... just stupid hot and ugly setting in Arlington. Fortunately they are fixing the problem in coming years but it will never have the awesome downtown setting that MMP has

Liberty University Athletic Director Ian McCaw in a deposition said Baylor University undertook “an elaborate plan that essentially scapegoated black football players and the football program for being responsible for what was a decades-long, university-wide sexual assault scandal,” according to a motion filed in Waco’s U.S. District Court on Wednesday.

Father to a 4 month old and about to go on first plane trip. Only a two hour flight, but still nervous.
Side note - for the experienced father's out there, what age did you find most difficult? I have always been worried about the baby years and so far it is better than I expected, but definitely a HUGE struggle for me at times (boredom reading the same books and playing with the same dumb toys, can't stop the crying, the endless process of putting baby to sleep at night, etc).
I thought the final episode was good but season 2 was overall meh. Maeve's story was straight awful/waste of time.
I thought the Bernard/Ford/Arnold/Dolores story was still very strong.
Could take or leave MIB storyline.
Surprised more people aren't talking about Whitley.... his stat line through 12 IP, three starts is absurd.
Very possible we have three future cornerstones (Tucker, Whitley, Alvarez) for when the current guys decline.... not that they won't still be around.
Team could be legit good for 10 years.
Yeah the fight scenes/logic between private security and Dolores are idiotic. The raid on the fort in the early episode was just beyond ridiculous. And Delos really doesnt have a single helicopter? I do like the Ford/Arnold/Bernard/Delos stuff Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
Huge Rockets fan, but think this is likely GS in 5 or 6. The Rockets still have too many spans where they can't hit anything and lose defensive discipline. Those turn into 10-0 GS runs Hope I'm wrong but GS is the best team in history... the talent they have is ridiculous. Only factor is if Eric Gordon can go off... if he plays at an all star, or close to it level, the Rockets have a chance. But he has been so cold in the playoffs Im not expecting it
