  1. Well another oskie... It's time for some beer & chili spaghetti in Cincinnati...
  2. Would have been masterful to "not gain possession (in which case it could be deemed a fumble), then proceed to end zone... Ohh well, refs got it right...
  3. The XII was ran by folks that reacted to other leagues, instead of enacting moves against other conferences, at the time...
  4. The Bearcats football team always (normally) shows up against P5 opponents, Cincinnati would be a good addition to the XII someday...
  5. You've gotta be able to see a joke for what it is, I think 2 calls could have went the other way, but I doubt it makes a difference in the final outcome/ I'll root 4 Tide on 1-7-19...
  6. My thought: Ahem, is it coincidence that a respected reporter of the San Francisco bay area is leaving "trail balloons" over "what if's" as in adding Oklahoma..? https://twitter.com/wilnerhotline/status/1079166678829654016 It's not coincidence, as there are rumblings of PAC schools (by proxy of 3rd party) talking to XII schools now: It shows PAC members in a "financial bind" vs that of XII, current earnings: OU $47m./ UT $52m. vs B1G $51m. (per year), so poaching will be to the west... So this is not a case of the XII being the "weakest link" as thought in years past, but the PAC, who must try to galvanize 12 schools who could be "all out for themselves" soon... The XII is set to be "poacher" of the PAC, as both Oklahoma & Texas will still be allowed to keep the majority of current regional rivals/ + add markets out west... And @'stache has a good point, would ESPN see value in placing a PACN with XII brands alongside the upcoming ACCN & dominant SECN, I would argue maybe...
  7. Well, 'Bama is just on another level...
  8. It's gameday, #GoPokieState..!
  9. Gotcha, I figured he might have insight on his own team..? But point taken...
  10. No... Still Jordan...
  11. This coach is 279x better than ol' Diaz..?
  12. You might wonder, would Wolverine fans root for the conference that kicked their ass..? (well, would they..?)

  14. Somebody isn't getting the normal New Year's greeting from Owl donors after that statement...
  15. I'm gonna root for Alabama, as an ol' Crimson Tide fan won me over:
  16. I can't wait to see the day the CFP is expanded to include "wildcard games"...
  17. Proud of the Thunder, but a solid win for the Mavericks..!
  18. We wouldn't have sequels that might rival in count franchises like A Nightmare On Elm Street or Friday the 13th, if CFP expands...
  19. Good game so far by Luka & the Fightin' Mavs, but let's get this Thunder comeback going..!
