Its happening (stadium renovations)
This. Just bought a pair in the Touchdown Club so my wife can sit in the a/c and drink while we watch the game. I'll probably appreciate it too, given the forecast. If the weather is good, I'll buy tickets for future games closer to the 50 and outside.

We have 5 in E122. One in our group is an Arkansas fan so hoping the toothless hordes leave us alone.- Austin FC
Guess I’ll just quote myself- Austin FC
At what point do you say - Claudio, you’ve put together a really shitty team that is completely incapable of scoring goals? At what point do you demand slightly more? Or am I just a demanding asshole who should be satisfied with a shitty expansion team that doesn’t score?- The Batshit Insane QAnon Conspiracy Theory
Holy shit! That's a name I haven't heard in years. My parents absolutely worshipped Bill Gothard when I was a kid. Had his books all over the house, had me read them. I went to at least two of his seminars in my early teen years. Didn't take I guess - I'm an atheist, left winger who believes women should have at least a little say over their lives and shouldn't be sexually harassed. Guess I'm a failure.- Austin FC
This Austinite is frustrated. Trying to stay positive and realistic.- Austin FC

Is there a number less than zero, because that's Texas.- The 2021 Gold Cup
I was 8 rows up behind that goal and watched it all. Glorious delay tactics. Keeper was fucking with the guy quite a bit too.- TEXAS AND OU TO SEC IN MS PAINT*
This is utterly 100% glorious!- The 2021 Gold Cup
Looking forward to Thursday in Austin. I’ll be in the supporters section behind the south goal.- Austin FC
My go to has become to park in a $20 pay lot across street from Hopsquad. Other good options for free parking have been to grab pregame margaritas at Dos Salsas and leave car there for walk down Burnet or park at Oskar Blues, grab a couple beers, then walk over. Those free options are a bit longer walks but not bad at all. Train and busses are good options as well.- Austin FC
I realize I’m being melodramatic. Just disappointed there doesn’t appear to be much urgency in the front office. Hope they’re just good at keeping secrets.- Austin FC
When the fuck are we gonna sign a couple more dudes? We need bodies, preferably skilled bodies, ASAP. Beginning to question the club’s dedication to winning this season.- The 2021 Gold Cup
May take you up on those. I have two in the supporters section, but I have lots of family and friends here in Austin who might make a last minute decision to go.- Open Championship 2022/St. Andrews/Scotland Trip planning
Yeah, I drove for a week in Ireland and it was definitely an adventure. I bumped 3 cars while parking in Dublin within the first 3 hours, I was all mixed up and turned around. After that though, once I got out into the country it was all good. Definitely scarier in town - had the whole family on the lookout for me doing stupid stuff.- Open Championship 2022/St. Andrews/Scotland Trip planning
Thanks. Any place jump out at you other than Edinburgh as must visits or places you wish you’d spent more time?- Open Championship 2022/St. Andrews/Scotland Trip planning
Getting started on a group trip to Scotland for next July. Initial impetus is to see the 150th Open Championship at St. Andrews, but also want to see some of Scotland so anticipate getting a couple cars and heading north after the golf tournament concludes. Have a few questions for folks in case anyone is knowledgeable. 1) Lodging in St. Andrews during the Open is, as expected, very pricey. Thinking of staying in Edinburgh and training/bussing over to St. Andrews and back each day. Looks like a bit of a pain, but Edinburgh is a place we'd want to see anyway so seems like a way to save some money on lodging and see both places at once. Anyone done this? Thoughts or recommendations on this or alternatives? 2) When we head north, would love to hear recommendations on must see towns or locations. Our interests run more towards nature than history/castle stuff, although a mix is always good. Worth treking over to the West to see the Isle of Skye and if so how much time would you devote to it if you had about a week to devote to driving around Scotland. Thanks for any input.- The 2021 Gold Cup
It truly was shockingly bad- The 2021 Gold Cup
Dude had to take a shit?- The 2021 Gold Cup
Yeah fuck you Max and fuck the players. They could do so much more to stop this shit and don’t. - SURLY ROAD TRIP 2021: Fayetteville - Texas at Arkansas, Sept. 11
