Yeah, the suspicious part was the El Paso killer claiming that it's not Trump's fault and the fake news would lie. It's not hard to decipher what's accurate and what's manipulation.
All Republicans have blood on their hands here, starting the day they forced DHS to withdraw that report warning of white supremacist terrorism, through the present:
This appears to be a Facebook post from someone who knew him who says exactly that (can't confirm the identity of the author, but I checked fb and the post appears legit):
The Dayton shooter caused a lockdown when he was in high school by writing a hit list of people he was going to kill: https://www.daytondailynews.com/news/local/bellbrook-police-conduct-investigation-home/74z9iRBtYqBqxOQ6kSsdzL/amp.html
Sounds like this guy was a time bomb.
Maybe I'm more cynical than you. But this strikes me as yet another Republican only coming around on an issue when it threatens him personally. He was fine with Trump blasting illegal immigrants because he isn't an illegal immigrant. He was fine with Trump blasting Muslims because he isn't a Muslim. But when white supremacists really start coming for people who resemble him, then he says something. And even then, he doesn't dare criticize Trump's rhetoric.
No motive has yet emerged for the actual Dayton shooter. But two different guys with the same name are huge Trump supporters, so you can imagine how well things are going on Twitter right now.
