Title IX is enforced by the Dept of Education. Has the NCAA ever handed out a punishment for Title IX? Only thing close I can think of at the moment is pedo state...
You're getting ahead of yourself, Baylor isn't going to self impose anything: Update: Baylor responded to this report with the following statement: “It is irresponsible to report that Baylor is considering a football bowl ban for the 2018 season when in fact the NCAA investigation into the prior football staff and previous athletics administration remains active and ongoing. Additionally, it is premature to speculate as to what the University’s sanctions will be at this point in time.”
How is a clause added to his contract in 2018 going to get him fired for covering shit up in 2015? You saying they expect him to come clean on everything he's ever overlooked? I think Urbs is done coaching but I don't see how this gets him fired with cause on an old incident. He'll get paid to leave and keep his mouth shut.
But then this is also proof that Urb did have a conversation with the University about the abuse. Right? Also, how would the clause added this year about not reporting misconduct allowing for firing with cause have anything to do with what happened 3 years ago?
