  1. See you dipshits assholes in about an hour.
  2. @Gravy Train is right. A tune turns this car into what it should have been from the factory. Not quite E63 levels of angry, but much better than stock. Victory!!!! E85 blends and RS7 turbo inlets would open it up a bit more. Pretty sure you could run a E60 blend on the stock fuel system and switch to 104 octane mode.
  3. $140K now I believe? Great value for the performance, not so thrilling value for a sheetmetal design aging on 9 years, paint made with lotto scratch-off coatings and an interior assembled with Legos. That yoke, too. LOL @ ditching the turn signal stalk, only to replace the signals with capacitive buttons on the same side of the steering wheel Reference pics: friend's car in Scottsdale from delivery last month
  4. The very few who have figured out how to develop and retain consistently good OL play are in the CFP every year. Also, they seem to be doing a few things differently than the rest with recruiting and honoring scholarships/starting positions.
  5. Looking around at the other surprising games yesterday (USC, FSU, Notre Dame, even Ohio State), this is a national problem, not unique to Texas HS FB. There are only a select few programs that "get it" with building productive depth at OL/DL, and two of them are unfortunately in the SEC. A head coach or offensive guru has the choice to either develop solid talent at the line or to scheme around it by stretching the field and using skill players with a quick release. We've shown no experience to pursue either method.
  6. LOL, Pac12 officials just called out USCs kicker for targeting
  7. Ready to take on this new SEC position where we're supposed to have moneybags whipping 'croots our way so the coaches don't need to painfully shoehorn scheme or starters where they don't belong.
  8. I'm giving this game a Mulligan to the staff, and with Baby Briles working the offense for Arkansas, this was about the worst matchup the current state of the program may see. Yes, worse than OU. The way the coaches react to this mismatch in scheme and preparation will tell me what I need to know going forward. And I'm troubled that Sark looked lost out there tonight, not to mention, his adjustments came too late, to his own volition.
  9. Too much focus on hot-name and gimmick-scheme coaches vs those who know how to cheat their asses off for 'croots while keeping their conference off their ass.
  10. Casey Thompson's eyes staring down Sark, saying, "fuck you and fix this, because I'm getting killed out here."
  11. Seems Arkansay has a bit of a coaching issue with targeting.
  12. I really don't get how the casual fan understands this take while the $5M head coach who monitors daily practice doesn't execute when possessions call for it
  13. How the hell did BriLes install his offense with these scrubs, so quickly?
  14. Why are you here posting on a game thread you have no interest in? Shouldn't you be pouring vinegar on grilled chicken or are you researching Texas sports to try and understand Muchamp's better years?
  15. Gravy Train replied to WBT's topic in Football
LOL, noticed this thread so tuned in right to witmessy the Duggan pick-six Edit, 12-0 that was ugly
  16. Does that mean the BOMC is back next year?
  17. No... shit no, man! My Kool-Aid is sweeter than that. Someone hook this guy up with the transitive property decoder ring, configured to ULL vs Tulane. Effective running backs blowing out on dey asses is how one beats OU, by gassing their D-Line on grind-out drives and keeping the ball out of Rattler's hands.
  18. I'm willing to give credit to Mack for the 2009 Fiesta Bowl that followed, along with some magic from Coach Boom and the defense letting their nuts hang in Glendale. I always felt the 2009 Fiesta Bowl of Texas and Ohio State showcased the top two teams that year. It's the game that should have awarded the crystal trophy.
  19. OU's logo modified with the pink-stink and fisting hand motions... nice.
  20. @immamac: I'm in for one of the tickets and will gladly pitch in for the road trip/RV expense
  21. Fuck you, I ain't goin' anywhere.
  22. CFP expansion is what happens next. It's necessary for the realignment, necessary for the megaconferences and absolutely the right thing to do. Then we get our own SEC bagmen involved and piss everyone off on the next NSD. Eventually knock Bama down a peg and watch Saban retire. We (and OU fans) collectively laugh at Kirby Smart when he starts his next John Parker Wilson type QB and raise a brow when Leach tries recruiting Texas again. Neyland is pictured with more burnt orange in the stadium than safety-cone orange.
  23. Time for some new member flood control
