True. I only have a stretch of conduit on one side of the house... originating from the attic and extending to both the front of the house and the back where both sets of cameras are mounted. The house is two story so for the cameras mounted inside the wires are run between the floors which seems incredibly difficult which is why I would definitely opt for professional installation.
Pool weather is almost here but damn the water is still cold and I'm too cheap to run the heater.
Does anyone have an automatic pool cover? Any tips on getting them serviced and places in Austin that do it?
Dyezz did all the install work. I've got a few cameras inside and some outside. The ones outside have all the wires run with conduit externally while inside is run through the attic and crawl spaces. I personally think it's worth getting professional help to install it correctly.
As far as night vision... mine do just fine in close range. It's not in color and they are only HD but good enough for what I need.
I have a setup similar to the above.... it's FLIR that has now been purchased by Lorex but it's pretty nice. I've had a few cameras go out so working on getting those fixed (hopefully just a fuze)
As was mentioned above I've always enjoyed
R&G Lounge, Swan Oyster.
Go to Brenda's French Soul Food (recommend during lunch as it' on the edge of Tenderloin)
Hard Water for the Bourbon
Tony's (North Beach) for pizza
Mama's for breakfast
Other bars that I've been to recently
Monk's Kettle
Velvet Cantina
Lolo's (Mission) for tacos
I know... week flew by and I forgot about that until the last day. By then I was just too tired and hung over to do anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Another great trip in the books. For the most part the weather was really good too. Out of six rounds it probably rained 6 holes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wait, is this a thread where the Sales guys can vent or where we rag on sales guys?
Closed out a great Q1 and even took the last few days off to golf. Still working on the comp plan and Annual quota looks like it will be at least 35% higher than last year despite under performance so getting a big start was essential.
Very nice... I've driven a Ford truck for the last 14 years and my wife is telling me it's time get something like this. Second kid will be here in a few months so a third row would be handy but I still need something that could handle ranch roads in West Texas. Tahoe check those boxes?
Find a Headhunter, tap into your network... that's likely the best way and you won't have to rely as much on the appearance of your resume. There are a few SaaS headhunters I'm connected with in the Austin area and several in Boston depending on your search.
What type of SaaS selling? Large enterprise deals or mostly inside reps selling transactional?
Did the Work in Sales, need to vent thread make it over to Surly?
I had plane changes several time this year... AA seems to be rolling out 777s on various domestic routes and I've tried to grab a premium economy seat but many Times is switched to a 2 class.
I found this previously to help figure out the difference.

JTC Kitchen is pretty good as well... has a nice bar with bocce going in that same development too.
Unfortunately I think Clermont Lounge is now closed as that might be fun.
Surprised no one mentioned Cheetah lounge yet
Headed to South America in a month for work... likely taking AA but wondering if there is any sneaky way to get upgraded? Don't have any systemwide upgrades but do have status. 500 miles won't work there I don't think.
Are you looking to spend time in Paris? Why nonstop only? Lufthansa through Frankfort to Lyon/Nice might be an ok option using chase points. Get you closer to Monaco than CDG. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Finished product right before I carved it. Unfortunately no pics once carved but the breast held its juices quite well. Happy with the inaugural cook. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kicking off my first try at a Thanksgiving Turkey. Butter injection and salt and pepper rub. Let’s see how this goes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
