Any clue how much general membership tickets will go for? I set myself a $1200-1600 season budget for two tickets. Now I’m wondering:
1. Should I just get Supporter Membership Season tickets? About $1000 for two tickets.
2. Can I join Supporter Membership anymore? Got an email last week asking if I wanted to change from general to supporter, I ignored the email. Now I regret it.
Atletico under Simeone is the most fucking annoying team to play against in Champions. Somehow Real Madrid is like 4 for 4.
This Liverpool seemed unstoppable and here we are. Makes you appreciate RM CL x3 a bit more.
I remember before the season started, thinking that winning La Liga should be the #1 priority. Although it hurts to lose in CL, it seemed a bit unrealistic to win both this year. Team just doesn’t have that game changer, and if we do, he’s been injured for over half the season.
Welp. Madrid can now focus on La Liga.
That push for the 1st goal reminded me of the Rudolph push vs the Saints in the playoffs. Different sport, same result.
Real Madrid with a bit of a shocking lineup. No Kroos, no Bale (not surprised here). Yes Isco, yes Vinicius.
Man City, NO Aguero. Is he injured? Yes Raheem, coming back from injury.
I am ready for my predictions:
Borussia Dortmund vs. Paris Saint-Germain- tough call but going with the logic choice
Real Madrid vs. Manchester City- RM playing their best football since their victory vs Liverpool in the CL final. Man City playing their worst football under Guardiola.
Atalanta vs. Valencia- Valencia eliminated Ajax, Valencia is playing well in La Liga
Atletico Madrid vs. Liverpool- Liverpool is the best team in the world. I do have to say, Atletico was probably their toughest matchup.
Chelsea vs. Bayern Munich- going with logic here again but Chelsea can pull it off
Lyon vs. Juventus- see Chelsea vs BM
Tottenham vs. RB Leipzig- Leipzig is 1 point behind Bayern Munich in Bundesliga... that's all I have.
Napoli vs. Barcelona- Barcelona is playing their worst football in the Messi era.... yup... plus no Luis Suarez... no Dembele.
Valverde has to be my favorite player this season. He is doing Pogba type of things but with a good attitude.
courtois also broke Navas record for time without conceding a goal.
Are things turning around?
