Hayden Conner really speaking well of Herb Hand and Texas of late. Do you see Texas start to take any 2021 kids if they are looking to make a choice? With Jackson, Feathree, Conner, Foster and the brothers Brockermeyer already looked at as targets. Do you see Texas taking early ones after a potential 5 man haul this year?
Talking about Collins and his quotes from the article. He mentions not seeing Giles in person but never mentions not having spoken to him.

So the guy was quoted as saying “Texas is on top” to an Aggie site over the weekend with Oklahoma being mentioned in 2nd but the caveat that “they have backed off since the new DC. We know aggy wants him but the kid is quoted as saying they have work to do to move up the list. the pessimism that persists in these recruitments sometimes gets a little old real quick in these cycles.
Anyone have any screen shots from their board. There is now multiple guys that have committed elsewhere or leaning elsewhere that at one time were thought to be targets of ou and those guys were thought to have ou at or near the top. Just wondering what the climate was like in reaction to these. When Princley, Prince, Collins and Broughton end up in Austin I’m not sure who will have the bigger meltdown aggy or sooner?
That’s a tough one for the staff. Unless his brother makes an impact he could be moving on and it’s kinda hard to sell a younger brother when his brother is on the way out.
eaton, watts and Ringo would be a nice haul. Aggy takes Kimber, McGlothern and Johnson from Lancaster.
Aggy then claims superiority because McGlothern is rated highest in state ignoring that Ringo is the highest rated of all.
Well when a player does not list them as an option only to commit shortly after first campus visit that tends to be a sign. Also when said team he committed to has a leading receiver whos stats rival duvernay who was Texas 3rd leading receiver, and then talks up their passing game and how he fits their antiquated offensive system there is yet another sign. Third sign=Craig his lead recruiter
If you look at the 6-5 wr at the 2018 combine Equinemious St. Brown was the only 1 under 4.5 in 40 and weighed only 214. Other built similarly to Wilson were Allen Lazard from Iowa State and the Tate kid from FSU and they were at 4.55 and 4.68 respectively. That’s a solid time for a kid his size that prob hasn’t been coached on how to fun a 40. His film shows a good bit of short area quickness when compared to Johnson’s film I think.
No doubt and with need for backs I wish Texas was more involved. It looks like Evans and a swing at Milton(either him or Evans mentioned playing together in some interview) or the recent offers in Georgia and Arizona.
