  1. Former player check: Dee Kennedy- 2 grand slams this weekend for K-State Tommy Farmer- Starting in CF and hitting in the middle of the order for UC Irvine Gasparino- Same as Farmer, but at UCLA. Homered this weekend Easton Winfield- Doesn’t look like an everyday starter for UH. Started 1 of their first 4 games and went 0-2 before being lifted. Jaquae Stewart- Starting and hitting in the middle of the order for Texas State. Looks like he even saw action in the outfield. Cole Chamberlain- No at bats so far for Coastal Carolina
  2. In the first few series of conference play last year (before the injuries), we would often list the Sunday starter as TBA and use Ruger/Flores/etc. out of the bullpen on Friday or Saturday if we had a chance to win a game or series. If they weren't used, they would start on Sunday. I wonder if they are setting things up similarly with Volantis this year.
