  1. Frankly I'd be amazed if they had the personel and training to monitor in-state flights like that at this time. It's not exactly a secret that airport staff are dropping off due to this thing.
  2. I can't find any link to back this up. But it isn't logical. Adding an integer to another integer has nothing to do with family consent and certainly doesn't reveal the identities to whom the integer refers to.

That '13th data point' nonsense is not so much nonsense if you have scenario with a regular season OU/Texas type thriller, where both teams are otherwise undefeated, that's begging for a rematch. Otherwise, it's self-destructive at worst, a silly waste otherwise.
