They seem to be backlogged. I did my app DURING the shutdown and was approved in a little over a week. My wife did hers right after the shutdown lifted and she is still waiting...
It’s a crapshoot. At Austin, for example, there are times at which there is no line. I’ve also hit it where the TSA line is backed up almost all the way to the entrance to the terminal.
Had it for about a year. Between that and recheck it’s almost like the old days as far as when you have to get to the airport (at the ones where they have Clear)
Sometimes it’s not a time saver because there are no lines. We live in Austin, so at peak times it’s really nice. If you don’t have recheck, it puts you at the front of the non-precheck line, which can save a lot of time.
Living in Austin, I am aware of that. Problem is I will be leaving Austin at about 8 am heading to Carrizo Springs, then on to Pearsall. Was seeking a lunch spot down south.
The salary cap issue is that there are many others that will have to be re-upped this year and next year at much higher salaries. This year: Lawrence, Cooper and Prescott. Next year: Elliott, Jaylon Smith, Byron Jones, La'el Collins, Chido Awuzie. Some others on the defensive line as well are coming up.

Wine list was nice -- most of the markups were about 50%, though a couple were 100%. Still less than most places.
Went there Thursday night. Amazing. Pork Belly. Short Rib. Dry aged ribeye.

Buh bye.
Kept debating whether to Uber or take the train, both of which presented issues. Finally just got a town car service. Drop off just across Kirby from the front of NRG, pickup on Kirby. Very fast and easy.
Dang that's a good set
Yeah — it seemed like a long show for a rodeo performance. They sounded really good, by the way.
Crowd was announced at 71,000+, and it was pretty full
