2025-26 Houston Rockets Thread - Back to Contention?
So we are going to be outraged KD via a burner account said that Jabari Smith is low key retarded instead of being upset at Jabari Smith for being low key retarded?

Jeffrey Epstein needs his own thread
So we have at least two murders detailed in the documents and allegations of at least 40 or so people either serving in the cabinet or in Trump's immediate circle. Plus we have Bannon and Epstein attempting to work to devalue the dollar. Essentially Epstien and Maxwell founding 4chan political. Elon begging to be invited and being the dork no one wants to invite to the teen rape party. Rubio as the source of starting Russia-gate. And Robin Leach choking a teen. And sworn witness testimony against a former attorney general of the US. And they are hiding more...........

I think I need a timeout. Satya is quoting and repping me. Why would someone who covers college athletics not catch the multiple redshirt years? WTF If its a COVID year thing, mention it.

I am confused. Is Bobby saying we should trust Flood/Sark's judgment this week that we have confidence in our backups or last week's judgment that we had lined up/agreed and would be paying a starter from the national championship game to fill a hole on the offensive line?

So we failed to entice the Indiana kid into the portal that as of last week we were confident we were going to get? Last week we needed one more starter and we were willing to pay starter money to the kid from Indiana allegedly, but this week we have confidence someone on campus can start. That list includes the same exact list we had last week? It contains high school kids who have been on campus less than 2 weeks and people who were on the roster last year but that the coaching staff felt did not warrant a snap in an attempt to improve our offensive line's performance last year? I sure hope the transfer kid is really, really good.

So our GM is confident we are enticing someone to jump in the portal next week after the championship game. What could possibly go wrong?

I felt we were always going to be OK. We can always throw money at a problem especially when it comes to new player/salary acquisition. I did fear that the best of the best would be locked in pretty quickly in week 1 including players. So I was a little worried when we whiffed out of the gates at several positions. That has been alleviated by some players waiting until week 2 to jump in the portal that weren't even there. Not to mention several targets taking their time with the process and making commitments during Week 2. But coffee is for closers and Harris and the coaching staff deserve coffee for signing up who we've acquired to date. Our resources do not make the GM look good when he dips into week 2 and we snatch up several second options at various positions because we throw money at it. IMHO. It works until it doesn't work like CTJ said. Also, are we taking up more of our rev-share to swing in and throw money at some of these other situations in week 2 that we could have spent on other positions if we had more solid results in week 1? Or would we just pay more for our Week 1 targets because in theory they are better fits for money than our week 2 targets. Ultimately, it's impossible to truly evaluate the GM position from the cheap seats right now. I rely on CTJ and others for their reports. Next year we will see the results of their hard work. I as a fan of the big bad evil money throwing Texas do get to blame the GM and coaches for our offensive line last year, our poor running game, and some of the misses on the roster which left us a little thin depth wise.

So Sianni may have signed an agreement at Wake per the Twitters? Are we just cutting a check for that or is there a chance that he does like the Washington QB?
