For me the biggest indictment of Sark right now is to not even try and experiment after watching our offensive line be as awful as they have been.
The Sam game should have seen plenty of experimentation on the line. Maybe move out best blocking te to right tackle and spin baker to left guard? Maybe try anyome at left guard with a pulse?
Just run out a a few preferred options and see if something stuck.
His qb crisis and nonstop injuries at rb though may have diverted his attentiom away from the real problems
I know the next four games are going to be difficult and that we may likely still get Lagaway, but I feel much better about this season if Arch can get four more games just to settle in and get comfortable before having to play well enough to win us a game.
Is the pressure getting to him? Well, we just spent 7 minutes on a nationally televised show talking about him. That's unique." Klatt said. “The pressure is there which leads to him pressing which leads to him being ahead of the offense. It all to me is a domino effect.”
Here is chase Daniel's thoughts. I think I agree with him more as opposed to Klatt. Especially after watching those training videos posted with Arch and his qb coach.
Well at least we know some of the "evidence" of the roommate/partner bullshit that was not being explained.
It seems likely that his comment about his dad being very MAGA is also indicative of the fact that the kid isn't alt-right or a gryoper.
Well an issue with drinking would explain things. Sark being extra protective and not allowing Arch an out of saying he is injured. Perhaps it makes rhe Caldwell signing make even more sense.
I think we go pure game manager here on out. Keep it so ridiculously stupid. Play possession and field position and see if this defense and our punting can get us to nine wins.
If the head coach allows the special teams coach to go block there instead of overruling him and saying not right now. That's not banks fault. It's sark. It's banks fault that he doesn't have his block team better trained to not commit a penalty there.
I don't think anything in the next three games is going to change the perception of Manning unless he continues to be inconsistent over the next three games and looks bad.
The narrative can only begin to change after the Florida and OU games.
