I don't disagree, it does seem like a Saban-esque bump. I was surprised when he was 1st team all american. Maybe he has some elite attributes, speed ? Either way, Saban liked him and so do analysts.
I would prefer getting elite CB athletes and letting the coaches figure it out. We do need more talent at that position

We all agree that we didn't come out with enough fire against OU. That said, the best thing about Sark is he is retrospective. He always learns from every situation - recruiting, game management, game plans, staff, and culture.

Most passes in 2nd half had me closing my eyes and praying. But, the last scoring drive was impressive, he had some really good throws to AD and then a pressure throw on 4th and 4 to JT. With all the pressure and inconsistency from the last 2.5 quarters of play, I thought that was impressive. If we don't get the 1st down there, we likely lose.
The 3 false starts were painful, but Cam Williams held up relatively well in blocking last weekend. That being said, it's nice to hear Jones is practicing. We need our starters this weekend.
