One day I will tell my son of the day I sat with Snacks at Pappa Charlie's and heard him explain the purpose of the "We are going to win" threads. And my son will look at me like I am a dumbfuck. And I will have no counterargument to his look. And from then on, he will just know. He'll know, by gawd.
Speaking of Bodacious, I'm having to drive to Shreveport and want to hit them up on the way home. There's apparently one in Marshall that would trim some time off my drive but is it comparable? Do you need to go to Longview to get the good stuff?
Well, then he needs to consider going to a place where they can suppress the surveillance tape, still get a ton of playing time and make sure he still punches his ticket to the league. Does such a place exist?
Have you not heard about Rondale's bout with severe depression during the winter? He was very open about his suicidality.
Rondale opens up about his mental struggles during the winter months.
Wow, I went to Yardbird in Miami Beach tonight because I love their food so much. But I had never checked out their bourbon selection because most places here are focused on tequila and rum. I had Weller Antique, but there were so many good choices. The bartender even comped me small taste of EH Taylor.
Here's the list: (they're out of most BTAC stuff)

Hot damn, Champ made my day! That pulled pork was wonderful, and I tried a bite of my son's pancake and it really is delicious and decidedly different than most pancakes I've had. FarleyBucks is the most genuinely fitting place for a group of folks to hit up when there are BBQ enthusiasts mixed in with people who like other things. Oh, it's also a fabulous feeling that I have one of those beef ribs and a pound of butterfinger brisket in the fridge to complete the smoked meat trifecta when I'm ready for it.
Surly, this place is legit!
This is terrific news. Hey, you were respectful to the loyal customers, but G-Town has been void of great BBQ. And your focus on a short time from order to food arrival doesn't hurt at all. As I said to you, the Island Time culture is pervasive here, and this will stand out as a breath of fresh saltwater air, especially for those UTMB folks who punch time clock for lunch.
Given that your username checks out, I believe these rumors are legit. I mean you are the wop genius that got the 411 on John and Jeremy Ryan, right!?!
This is totally true, but the good news is that Charleston is only a 4.5 hour drive where you can get BBQ from the best Texas Pitmaster to have ever gone to open shop in the Southeast.

Our first trip to the New Farley Girls impressed. I loved those ribs, Champ. Also got a side of the gouda grits, which rocked. My son had some pancakes which I sampled and loved. All around it was a terrific brunch with friends (they were impressed too, particularly with the ribs).
As mentioned before, I'll be back often. It will be fun to watch the entire transition to Bucks over time.
