Jordan is on record saying that. But to call MJ 'horrible' before he got there is nonsense. And just being salty over some personal shit. Jordan averaged 37.1 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 4.6 apg, 2.9 spg, and 1.5 bpg the season before Scottie(and Horace). And he played all 82 games @ 40 mpg. Yep, that is horrible.
I'm not a big believer in moral victories, but I thought Miami shouldn't be too upset about losing game 1. Especially coming off that crazy Boston series. They got road win and head home to play two. Tonight should be real fun.

My barber of 20 years doesn't understand why some of his older customers don't want to bring their kids to his shop/house anymore. He has an admittedly beautiful yellow pit. Hell, I held her in my hands and played with her as a baby when he got her, but she's grown now. And he lets her run loose in the house when he has customers over. I tried to explain why but he won't acknowledge the potential issue. And as someone who had to put his babies down when they attacked a hog, I get it. But one time is going to be one too many.
So I gotta find a new barber for the kids. And eventually me too. All because of shitty pit bulls.
No big names, no superstars. No one that Espn/TNT is constantly pumping. Which would remove AI. So a team like the 2008-09 Magic. Howard was a star but he wasn't a superstar. So you take a bunch of guys who just fit together and they made an amazing run. I remember watching Pietus giving LeBron hell in the ECF. And then reality set in.
Or the last Detroit team that won it all. No superstars. Just solid vets who wouldn't accept the status quo.
The contrarian in me wants to see Miami shock the world. It would be fun listening to the experts figure this one out. But I don't hate Denver so their winning would be ok as well. The main thing is I want 6 good games.
I'm trying to think of a bigger underdog/no name in the last 30 years. Maybe the AI Sixers or the Billups Pistons?
There was a nasty bitch in Kroger with her cat last week. Not only did the nasty heifer bring the cat into the store, but she also had the damn thing's pillow or bed in the cart, too! She was telling another lady that the cat basically had cat aids and had to go everywhere with her. Cat people are crazy.
Tow truck drivers are mostly assholes. Two passed me on the beltway last week racing to get to some accidents, I guess. One passed me in the emergency lane. As he going up the incline, I hoped no one was actually using the emergency lane for an actual emergency.
I don't know if it's quite that bad yet, but is headed there. And I'm tired of having to pull up and wait on order when I have already been waiting 15 minutes.
A poster recommended these when I was looking for some. I bought a pair of these and Jabra Pro 7. When my Jabras started acting up, I switched over to the Jlab. My call quality is actually better, and they have never failed to charge properly, which was Jabra's problem. For the money, these are the best damn earbuds you can buy.
Everything you said is true on paper. But on paper, Boston or Milwaukee were supposed to be here. You can't just dismiss what they do on the court. No matter who the opponent is. For whatever reason, they just refuse to play by the rules. And their coach is no slouch either.
He deserves a 2nd chance after spending a year at somewhere like Houston Christian. Just letting him back in the penthouse after he trashed it on the way out makes 0 sense to me. But I guess if Rodney is OK with it, then it's his program on the line.
