He's pretty unlikable but it's not like he's beat up his fiance or anything.
I would have no problem supporting him and he would almost certainly win here.
It's pretty wild to presume a hot blonde girl isn't good at softball because she's out partying/not able to balance the college life.
Simpson has had command issues from day 1 and that's never changed. What if she's just not good? I think it's pretty irresponsible to make these type of accusations.
Another name I think is interesting is Scott Drew. It seems like it might be getting a little stale at Baylor.
I'm not sure what the extension looked like this past offseason but he definitely had some interest in the Louisville and Kentucky jobs. Is Baylor's NIL good enough in this environment?
The ball needs to be in Tre's hands because they're over-helping when they don't lose him. Other guys are getting wide open when they hedge 2 or 3 guys at him.
I'm becoming less concerned about the 4 because Vic has realized going smaller is better.
Right now the 3 guard lineup with Booker at the 4 and any lineup with Jak at the 4 is better than the minutes we are getting from Carlton. I don't think she's even in the doghouse. We are just better with Booker and Jak at the 4 and that doesn't even include Moore.
That Ohio State loss is going to be annoying all year because they’re a much better team than their record indicates. Since our game they’ve had a bunch of random suspensions/injuries of key players.
When at full strength, they’re really good.
Booker is a special player. She’s only going to get better because this is really only her 1st year playing SF since she essentially had to play PG with Harmon injured last year. I don’t think a lot of people realize that. She’s having to adjust to an entirely different position.
Kentucky is pretty good at home but they have major issues on the road/neutral court. About to be 4-5 in those games and really should have a couple more losses.
I think Kenpom (in particular) has been a pretty good judge of this team.
'23 (#5), '24 (#25), '25 (#29). This seems about right over the last 3 years. I think this team has more upside than last year's team though.
I think she’s gone regardless. ISU is mediocre and even women’s basketball players can make decent money with NIL in the context of a player like her caliber.
I would be shocked if Crooks returns.
Yeah a .500 sec team will make the 2nd weekend this year. Maybe even a couple in the .500 range.
People can’t seem to process that being .500 in this conference makes you a fringe top 25 team.
Vic is 63 and his best shot of winning a title is the next 2 or 3 years based on the roster he’s building.
We are probably national title favorites next year if everyone returns that’s expected and we just add a decent big via the portal. That doesn’t even include the possibility of Chavez.
