i dont have aspergers but should have probably rode the short bus. definitely an alcoholic but was able not to storm the capital or vote for trump š¤Ŗ
i think that would be harder as you are betting on long-term and multiple construction projects. would that be no-where as there a lack of talent, housing, etc. or do you expect construction workers to live outside a city and do this living for cheaper.
i dont know that population well but struggle with that market.
im bullish on RV parks as an investment. know a few people doing it and private equity has started to execute on this thesis 2-3 years ago. still early stages but i would imagine just outside of major metro areas or tourist destinations are best.
the spread of type is wild as some of these places have pools, dinning halls, activities, etc so can either be basically a parking lot or upscale resort.
the upfront capital to execute is fairly manageable. the few RV parks that i diligence for market intel 2 years ago had a waitlist of months to book a spot.
wow. price increase over 11 years is rampant inflation.
again, supply chain shocks and what someone else said about economy transforming. you will see wage inflation due to large employers like AMZN, etc raising wages.
definitely asset inflation due to low low interest rates but that has been going on for a decade now
i dont get the anti-mask cult. no one is infringing on your rights and when mandates go-away who cares if people continue to wear mask.
how does it impact you. i am definitely going to wear a mask in certain situation permanently. people are fucking gross and the mask provides some level of protection.
flew first time in 6 months then previously hadn't flown in another 6 months.
Austin airport was super busy but houston not so much.
international airports have been a mixed bag. europe is completely dead but middle east fairly busy but probably less than half normal.
