  1. You knew it was coming, thank you Billy.
  2. Think aggy wins handily, but rooting for Clemson.
  3. I had no idea you could do torchys in a bowl, interesting.
  4. 17 pounds in one week? That is impressive.
  5. I miss Fountainview Cafe.
  6. Enjoyed it guys, Perry's does have the best lunch special in the Woodland!
  7. You paid $40 to go to an aggy game?
  8. Yeah, when you're fat adapted your ketones will be lower and glucose higher in the morning. I usually register .7-.9 ketones and 90-100 glucose in the morning, by 2pm I am usually 1.5-2 ketones and 70-85 glucose. Everyone is different, but those are how my numbers look.
  9. Gotcha, just thought you were saying most people doing Keto aren't in ketosis. Maybe that's right, I don't know. Ketosis is fairly easy to get into, stay in, for me. Unless my blood tests are wrong.
  10. Not really sure what you mean by this? I go low carb. Keto, less than 20 carbs/day which I track. I've been in ketosis the whole time as I also track my blood glucose and blood ketones, and use the Glucose Ketone Index. The key to me is minimal carbs, very rarely hit my fat macros, but still in ketosis.
  11. 30-40 minutes was pushing too far? First dog I'm guessing?
  12. Rivals has Roschon as stock falling after this week, cause, you know, Rivals.
  13. Anyone ever tried Willow's? First I have heard of them.
  14. Agreed with above, letting her whine and getting her out just teaches her to do it more. Just have to be strong for a couple of nights and it should pass.
  15. Last guy that tried that is cleaning pools.
  16. Calling the game MVP before the game, nice!
  17. Colin Johnson back for next year, BOOM!!!
  18. I started a low carb meal topic on the food board for anyone looking for ideas, or has any recipes, etc. to share for anyone interested. Low carb is easy for me, but always looking for new ideas as it gets harder to find new things to eat.
  19. Made this easy chili last night, easy so make and not bad for low carb. Forgot to take a pic, so using one from the book.
  20. Since it is the new year and people usually try new diets to start the year, I figured a thread on low carb meals would be appropriate. I will post a bunch of take-out, fast food options for when you are at work and on the go. Hoping to get more home cooked options for dinner from anyone that has any to share. One of my go to's when hungry is Jersey Mikes Sub in a tub. 695 calories, 11g net carbs, 55g fat, and 35g protein. When in a hurry, the Cold Cut Combo Salad from Subway isn't a bad option. Macros: 615 calories, 5g net carbs, and 20g protein Jimmy Johns Italian Club as an unhitch. Macros: 589 calories, 4g net carbs, and 29g protein
  21. Probably, just sharing latest update. I have no idea.
  22. Bru's dad just told Schomel that he hasn't signed anything yet. I hate having hope, ugh.
