  1. He did go after him but at some point during the off season it was reported that Sark was done pursuing offensive linemen because he was content with what he had on the roster. Inside Texas and horns 247 had reported this.

Far from rock bottom , there were a lot of positives things that happened yesterday. Heartbreaking loss, but it wasn’t a 65-14 loss or something like that.
  3. Totally dude….it’s been reported by college football analysts ( horns247, Inside Texas)not named monkeydoughnuts that Sark pulled back on going after offensive linemen in the portal due to his belief that what he had on the roster was sufficient. There were plenty available at the time that could have contributed here but we won’t know if they would have come or not because Sark didn’t pursue. Now we have a rag tag offensive line playing red rover with opposing defensive lines.
  4. Sark screwed up by not pursuing offensive linemen from the portal during the off season . They were out there, ask Riley , he snagged two that are starters. He needs to go after every blue chip big ugly he can recruit and then roll out the red carpet with portal players. This offensive line is ridiculous and you can’t compete when your quarterback has two seconds to get rid of the ball. Our offensive line has been horrible going back a decade. It’s time to recognize that and get those elite big uglies on board. Nothing will change until that happens.
  5. We’re back !

I think that’s called revisionist history; Chiles was such a bad quarterback I forgot he was even considered a quarterback. As a matter of fact he couldn’t even hold Tyrone Swoopes jock. Those who gobble up that crap do so because it’s the ignorant man’s argument.

I hope Casey goes off and doesn’t let up until he finishes his time on the 40 acres but a quarterback change isn’t going to fix that offensive line. Hopefully Sark adjusts to Casey’s attributes and that offensive line manages to improve week-to-week.

It’s big titty Tuesday! Let’s go! We gotta beat Rice!
  9. What concerns me: Offensive line was blown the fuk up; it wasn’t even close. There were several plays where the defense got pressure on Card and sacked him once with only three linemen rushing. I’m impressed that Robinson got 70 yards rushing. Card missing on passes over 30 yards; literally every one of them. If he’s accurate with just two of those passes it changes the outlook of the game( not saying they win). There was a lot of praise during the off season about Card’s accuracy. Sark failing to make adjustments (PK as well). Herman was hammered for this but here is the guy who is supposed to elevate the program looking like the last guy. Clearly was out coached. Defense wasn’t as bad as the offense but they weren’t that good either. PK failed to make adjustments and it was frustrating. Dicker the kicker has regressed; something tells me he went all in on kickoffs and punting and this has caused him to take a step back on field goals. The big uglies on both sides of the ball were dominated. This is the kind of loss that can set the program back or it can cause the right kind of adversity. Let’s see how this team reacts; there is still a lot to play for. I recall in 2018 when we beat Oklahoma in that thriller our offensive line really dominated , we pushed Oklahoma around, but in the big twelve championship game they were able to adjust and had really developed throughout that season. I’d like to see this team adjust , develop, and prove to everyone they have what it takes to compete at a high level.

  13. If Tom was coach Louisiana would have pulled back into this game.
  14. Don’t like the decision to bring in Thompson, but WTF do I know.
  15. This offense looks different; great play calling.
  16. This offensive line is going to get card killed.
  17. This offensive line needs to get their shit together.
