  1. What I was getting at is the Falcons have generally pulled him for Allgier inside the 10
  2. You definitely haven’t seen Bijan be a better weapon inside the 10. Thank Falcons coaches for that.
  3. Yeah but you might want to check his record in hypothetical games and also take a look at the games they should’ve won if the other team didn’t get lucky, dumb sip
  4. I suppose it’s possible that despite that there are millions of documents, and we know there are images and videos among the 14+ terabytes seized from Epstein’s estate, and we know that victims have been unredacted in released nude pictures, and we’ve seen other pictures with men’s faces redacted, that the only thing holding the DOJ back from pursuing criminal charges of people implicated in child trafficking, and rape at a minimum, is the fact that there are no images or videos that combine those things, and that I should’ve said “almost certainly” instead of “certainly”.
  5. Proven like have I personally seen them or has the DOJ or other law enforcement officially stated this? I guess not. There were images released of victims that shouldn’t have been but these people can’t do anything right. It does not say in this article but I believe victims complained about the redactions of abusers but exposure of them as victims in images as well as documents https://archive.is/Q3wte
  6. Let me just come back to this post. What exactly are you trying to say here, what is your point? You support no charges being brought against anyone involved in any of these materials because based on what the DOJ has released thus far you wouldn’t pursue the case as a prosecutor? Please be more direct as you’re complaining about the board’s lack of legal expertise. Are you saying that it’s obvious that there shouldn’t be any criminal convictions in this matter but that the board is not lawyery enough to arrive at that straightforward conclusion? Help me out here.
  7. As far as I’m aware, the only released photos have had redactions of the perpetrators, but the DOJ has certainly been in possession of photos and videos featuring identifiable defendants and children, beyond the two defendants that were actually charged. I may be off here, but are we really having a discussion about the justification of the DOJ not pursuing criminal charges for people because the DOJ themselves redacted the identifying information of the perpetrators and therefore don’t have grounds to criminally convict the people they protected with redactions? If so, I will save my energy.
  8. Also, again speaking from a perspective of not having direct experience with these matters, I suspect a pretty notable exception to this is when there are images and/or videos of identifiable defendants with naked children.
  9. Fair enough on the depositions point. I am not a lawyer and only have experience with private investigation, not law enforcement/criminal investigations. It’s really hard for me to fathom that these millions of documents and terabytes of data that haven’t been released don’t warrant at least getting these fuckers in a situation where they are forced to invoke the 5th amendment and face a jury, irrespective of the guarantee of a criminal conviction based on what information has been made available. Especially when the DOJ is currently pursuing indictments of enemies of the regime on much flimsier evidence and much less serious allegations that what is there for the whole world to see.
  10. I guess my issue with this is that there is enough in what we’ve seen to establish predication for an actual investigation, to include, at a minimum, depositions of the parties involved in these communications, which would give much clearer indication of whether these documents would be part of viable criminal convictions. None of what I’ve seen seems to document any effort to establish whether or not criminal convictions were deemed viable or not viable, and I’m also not aware of any legitimate details shared by the DOJ about why they determined that none of this warranted actual investigation, although I will not pretend to be fully apprised of each and every thing DOJ personnel have stated on record about this. We do seem to have evidence that the DOJ has not bothered to seek interviews with alleged victims of the things covered in these released documents, however. Which would likely bolster the viability of criminal convictions or at a minimum, further investigation. Does the DOJ really operate under the premise that unless there is ironclad evidence of viable criminal convictions in documentation and allegations they’ve received, it’s not worth investigating to the point of actual interviews with accused parties?
  11. Neither did you. not sure exactly what point you’re trying to prove by backing up a casually thrown out “he was brotherhood” without adding to it, but whatever, it’s pretty immaterial to the overall thread premise so I don’t see any point in further context.
  12. Look, fine I guess if you wanna just say he was MB without any other context and imply that him getting dismembered at the behest of a different Islamic fundamentalist is justified or whatever was the reason you felt compelled to contribute that. The context kinda made it seem like you were cool with the execution or it was a no brainer.
  13. According to whom or what? What a half ass hand wave. Super plausible there guy. Everyone knows the Saudi royal family refuses to put up with Sunni extremists like the Muslim Brotherhood.
  14. Thanks for this critical distinction between “full of racists” and “that doesn’t mean Boston doesn’t have more racists per capita than all other US cities”. I can definitely see the reason behind getting panties in a bunch now that you broke it down like that.
