  1. I was in elementary school in the 70's, and I listened to whatever was on the radio. I used to but albums with my allowance money, usually ones that had a lot of different artists. Off that album, I loved the song "Brandy" and "Smokin in the Boys Room". My parents liked the Doobie Brothers and my first favorite song was Black Water. My dad bought me a radio and i used to play it at night when I went to bed. One night, I heard the song "Rock and Roll All Night" and I thought it was the best thing I had ever heard. I saved my money to go buy Kiss Alive. I played that more times than any other album/cd in my life. I took the album to "show and tell" at my school. My teacher was horrified but I played the song to my class. Since that time, I have been all hard rock and heavy metal. I bought every Kiss album and was in the Kiss Army, all of that good stuff. I saw them in concert in the 8th grade, and it was just awesome. At that time, I thought Ace was the best guitarist that had ever lived. Like a lot of Kiss fans, I never liked them as much after Ace left. I moved on to AC/DC, Van Halen, Iron Maiden, etc...but Kiss definitely changed the way I thought of music and will always be a favorite band of mine.
  2. I was just thinking the same thing. I check this thread 2-3 times a day and I wish I didn't. TFB says Leal isn't committing to aggy then someone posts that 24/7 says Leal is in fact committing to aggy. This will happen with a lot of the recruits. I know it will. And it drives me crazy. Yet I can't stop. I have a problem.
  3. Aggy is at a bar hitting on women. He starts making his moves on one and she tells him "I'm a lesbian". He replies, "Oh I didn't know that. So how are things in Beirut?"
  4. Totally agree. It started off pretty well but I lost interest when they changed everything you knew about Achilles. I had some clever comments ready for the board about this but you beat me to it. Well done.
  5. Mack will be there? Is this round table located at the Golden Corral?
  6. Got it. I just realized that I am the only one that can see it. Thanks
  7. There is a difference between obsession and being entertained. LonghornFrenzy provides a lot of us a quick look about how delusional the aggy fan base without actually having to go to your d-bag websites. Somehow, despite the fact that the last time aggy (allegedly) won a championship they were wearing leather helmets, you people think that you are a superior program. Your delusional rants are entertaining. Aggy is the upset little brother that that is still mad because mommy and daddy doesn't love you like they do your older successful sibling. Jimbo hasn't been then same since Candi mysteriously bought the high end Bruline. Yet, they give him a natty ring before he coached a game. That's entertaining!
  8. No I don't see any double posts
  9. No I don't see any double posts
  10. My best friend of the last 30 years has a daughter that is like my own. She lost her 2 month old daughter last year at this time to SIDS. I held this child about a month after she was born. The funeral was the toughest thing I ever witnessed. Fast forward to last week, I go visit my buddy and his wife at their house (they live a few hours away) and I saw a picture in the bedroom I was staying in of this beautiful child with a caption "Always in our Heart". I lost it.
  11. Damn. Personal for Brewster? I had confidence in UT ultimately landing him, but If he meets Leal equipped with his snap-cap and Ecko streetwear, DeMarvin is going to be impressed with the Brewz. The Station will be lit and Tim's twitter fingers are out of the holster. Doomed.
  12. Kentucky Fried Movie. Haven't seen it in 20 years. Still funny as hell
  13. I haven't watched aggy play this year, but I feel good about our chances if those are their players. I assume their tendency is to play small ball
  14. A few of my senior executives will send me an email telling me they will need my answer COB (close of business) or EOD (end of day). Then they use lowercase initials of their first and last name to sign off. Because, you know, they are way to busy to type their full name.
  15. Forgot about Porky's. Good call
  16. Why don't women drink beer on the nude beach? They don't like to get sand in their schlitz
  17. A giraffe walks into a bar a yells "hey everyone, highballs on me"
  18. There was some minor nudity in the scene where Mahoney is peeping into the women's shower. The blow job (implied) when the hooker is hiding in the podium. I think it only had a few f bombs.
  19. Die Hard Full Metal Jacket First Blood Terminator Above the Law Rocky III Platoon Revenge of the Nerds 48 Hours Airplane Naked Gun History of the World Planes Trains and Automobiles Stripes Caddyshack The Sure Thing Night Shift
  20. I assume many of them have already established long term relationships over the years during holiday gatherings and family reunions.
  21. Well said. I agree with all of this.
  22. Agreed. I had never even heard of it until a colleague sent me a link to see it on YouTube for free about a month ago. It was awesome. And it had one of the most gruesome scenes ever
