If you don’t someone else will. Gonna be hard to find, and they will take away age statement to meet demand, and those 10yrs will be worth lots of money. / tater
Not sure about that. I have had some steakhouse burgers made with dry aged beef that I felt were worth more than $25. But most of them are not worth it.
It's living off it's past performance and drinks. It used to be good (if a bit overpriced). But last time I went both the service and food were pretty bad.
Didn't have a bottle of bourbon in my cabinet? Not sure I understand. Did you check the bunker? The closet? You mean you don't have boxes of bottles stashed all over the house from the last time a bottle was rumored to be going away or becoming allocated?
There was a relative shit ton of George T Stagg this year (38k) was still impossible to find retail. But buffalo billiards got a bottle, so there’s that.
On paddock pass it made it sound like miscommunication played a part in the STR crash. Apparently there was a team communication that they were going to switch positions due to different strategies, and Gasly thought Hartley was gonna let him through. But without the crash and subsequent safety car wouldn’t have been as interesting a race imo.
Had it at a couple of bars ( easy tiger had it for $12 a pour ). It’s very tasty. There was supposed to be another drop in March but haven’t seen it pop up in any crotch shots.
I would say yes fair game for a new thread, or also ask in the scotch thread. But relevant here are the several Japanese only market bourbons you can bring back, such as four roses platinum and wild turkey 12.
I heard the rye is the better of the two ( and drinkable as a craft rye even if it pales in comparison to the original). The bourbon is supposed to be bad in any context.
