With the exception of May looking pretty easy, this schedule seems pretty balanced.. There's a rough stretch April 17-30 and another July 28-August 10th but overall seels to alternate pretty well.
Remember when we heard a song in the radio and liked it.. we had to drive 15 minutes to Best Buy and pay 15 dollars for a CD that maybe had 2 more good songs on it? Then on the way home you're jammin and you hit a pothole and the MF skips?
I agree Spotify sucks.
This. Now he's working toward being 1st ballot. He'll need 3000 hits. If he gets 3000 hits, that will likely mean several All star games and maybe a silver slugger or 2. Also means he's getting on base for for the rakes batting behind him, leading to more team hardware. 3000 hits is the metric here. 3000 and he's 1st ballot IMO.
I'll take a guess. The government knows that there isn't infrastructure or resources necessary for every American to switch to a traditional food pyramid; so they have to put shit out there like this. But I'm probably wrong.
With the new playoff format, this series is always going to be significantly dangerous.. Especially after the week off. I'm happy we survived, and hopefully learned, from that experience.
Rising grocery prices are going to further push people to buying cheaper, unhealthy options as well.
And people are more sedentary since covid.
Also smartphones and other technology.
I could give 2 shits what ballot he's on. The writers shared in the spoils of the steroid era then made a killing tearing it all down. They can all get fucked.
When he is inducted, I'll be in Cooperstown to see it.
Trucks are awesome and very functional. Long story but I actually own 2, a '16 Silverado and '08 F150.
I had a great opportunity to buy my old man's Silverado when he retired and took it, simply because these new trucks run 50k and up now. It's my head truck in waiting if/when the f150 bites the dust.
I'll always own them because they can do just about anything at any time.
Any of you truck haters on this thread arguing that people don't need them better not be driving anything bigger than a Toyota corolla.
If we did, people might start hating us. Oh wait.
But seriously, we have a fantastic BP and a 6 man rotation already. The Osuna PR nightmare would seem like a cakewalk compared to what this would be..
Another factor working against us is the time off/fatigue from playing into November 2 years in a row. And this year you add in the WBC which players have to report even earlier. I'm on the 101 train if there are no serious injuries like Yordan or Breggy, but I think 96 is more realistic as there are several on out roster with a history of missing significant time throughout the season.
Dumb question immunity.. When the media yammers on about how shitty of a farm system the Astros have does that take into account our Dominican league and international players?
I'm in the championship again; won last year. I'm struggling with the Flex, non PPR..
Rhamondre Stevenson
Jerrick McKinnon
Jalen Waddle
Help me be the first in league history to go back to back.
