I think people are too focused on their careers. I think we should all live in the mountains at high altitudes. What about you? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah seems a legacy/tribute to one of the most famous “named” guitars in history should, ya know, at least be the same color as that guitar, right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Man, I can’t wait til this could be something I write. My 7 year old is writing songs, making videos, learning piano, obsessing about Taylor Swift and showing real talent. But she damn sure knows good music. I get a lot of requests in the car for Sweet Nadine. (And also Slit Skirts by Pete Townsend). Applause on the internet for your daughter and her band. What kinda kit is she playing? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’d just say that I’m an old so I have no idea what this is, but of all of these weird logo bands, jimmy eat world is legit. And Avril Lavigne was someone who brought a lot of talent to a pop/hard genre at the time (late 90s?!?!). To the rest, Godspeed. You’re playing your things to people so more power to you. It’s been a while since I sat down with some Black Crowe’s but I recently was listening and playing along with them (triggered by the REK thread mentioning Chris Robinson). Anyway, I mentioned this in a thread I started at TOS about kinda magical, tiny moments in songs and I heard again the opening lyrics from Chris on the song “Descending” on Amorica. And I’ll be damned if it is one of the most perfect twelve seconds of recorded vocals. It’s his voice at it’s most touching and least warbling and captures so much - the song, the band at the time, the potential Chris had when he wasn’t showboating… it’s just beautiful. “Have mercy, baby. I’m descending again.” Doesn’t hurt that Eddie Harsch is perfect on the keyboard. There are some great live recordings of this song. But for Chris’s opening vocal none ever top the studio original. Again, a few seconds of perfection plucked from amidst years of a great band. PS - I won’t junk up the Tom Petty thread about best American rock bands and I don’t think it is the Black Crowes really but when they were “on” they were easily among the best. Shake Your Money Maker and Southern Harmony are just fantastic albums. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I mean I get the sunburst but this one is just RIGHT HERE, waiting for you. And I think the black headstock is pretty righteous. https://reverb.com/p/fender-strat-o-sonic-dove-ii?hfid=49054763&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=12293041870&utm_content=campaignid=12293041870_adgroupid=117510915757_productpartitionid=1491866508444=merchantid=506742365_productid=49054763_keyword=_device=m_adposition=_matchtype=_creative=497323569298&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxYP1ydW39QIVBOXjBx0OowcaEAQYASABEgIcjfD_BwE Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
