First and last series post on this. Mainly people who pray and believe in a god are ones who need to do so. I’m perfectly fine not knowing what will happen once I’m worm food, or what caused the Big Bang, or why my son got cancer at age 5. I know a lot of my friends prayed for him. I also know that even if it didn’t change anything I appreciated it, deeply.
But I despise organized religion, especially the prosperity gospel scam artists. And churches should pay tax on their property and income, period.
About to hit 30 lbs down myself after about 4 months. When I get below 250 that will be my lowest weight since I was injured my senior year in college (I was about 235 to 240 with very little body fat). I think I’ll try to stay with it and see where my “lean” weight would be but even as a freshman in college I was over 210, so I really doubt anything below 230 would be realistic.
Everything feels better, and my knees are loving it.
I’m kind of gruntled at the bitching over b the going on forth and short. Maybe against a decent opponent it’s the right call to take the points but our OL hasn’t been good enough. Especially in pass protection, they’ve been pretty uneven.
It sucked. I guess the good news is that it looks like 10 years till the next one. I peed from my butt a lot. Didn’t really have much of an appetite afterward. Just tired as hell.
Checking in. Getting ready for my first anal tomorrow. My mix is Suprep and my wife said it may be the most disgusting thing she’s ever had to drink.
No one said anything about Vaseline though, so I guess no lube for me.
Wish me luck.
My stonk account is about half a percent of my net worth. It may have been as high as 1 percent during early covid times when I was bored and doing better with my bets.
Absolutely. It’s a freight train coming down the tracks and outside of the big cities no one has done Jack shit to address it. The stupid Simsboro well fields to bring water back west to the Austin San Antonio area are a symptom of the stupid planning. There needs to be a huge emphasis on reuse and instead we’re all grabbing our fiddles.
A little goalpost movement there. No one asserted GA tech is garbage, and I’ve known several bright engineers who went there. I think it’s easily in the top 10 Engineering schools. I have a hard time seeing it number one.
