So I assume he’s arguing that the mental issues started at Miami and resulted in him transferring outside the portal window (and thus losing a year of eligibility) so 2023 should be a medical redshirt year? Don’t know the exact timeline but seems somewhat promising.
Was that reported somewhere? I hadn’t heard that. I thought he lost a year of eligibility in 2023 because he transferred after the portal closed? Is he claiming the medical issue occurred before he transferred so it supersedes or something like that? I don’t see how it would be relevant otherwise if he wasn’t eligible to play in 2023 anyways because of transferring outside the window.
Yeah I just came across this article and I don't think it's gonna happen actually... Fuck. A pair of Texans found their way to Indiana and are now playing for a national title with Hoosiers “Those of us who came as freshmen, we all wanted to effect change,” Lynch said. “I’m glad we’ve seen it to fruition. I’m coming back to Indiana next year.”
Yes I caught that too. Bray was in the same class as Robertson at Westlake and started at LT with Robertson at RT. Maybe he wants to come home for his final season? Indiana got that Wisconsin guard Brunner from the portal already even though it looks like both of their starting guards have a year of eligibility left so... 👀 They are losing their center though.
