Welp, that's not good.

at least we don't have to "respect his decision" so we can keep working on him.

Maybe it’s just a really big head?

Can we please expand on the geography discussion? It’s my favorite recruiting topic.

It's farther from Longview, Texas to Houston than it is from Houston to Seattle. That's how big Texas is.

From all I've read, it doesn't seem like our coaches gave Conyers a lot of love after his visit in April.

Not sure that’s technically accurate.

From someone who knows Conyers, there was never real interest in Texas. His family loves Tech and the surrounding area where he lives doesn't particularly like Austin or UT.

Is Seattle some small Texas town I’ve never heard of? Because the one in Washington is like 2500 miles from Houston.

Not if you go through Silsbee first.

Makes sense. Silsbee is right there from Houston. If you go to Seattle first, you've gotta drive ALLLLLL the way back to Silsbee.

Not to mention, since you're in Seattle, you're probably drinking coffee, and now you gotta add in all the miles for all the side trips to bathrooms on the way back to Houston.

Can you buy those with Ameros?

No. They’re like Marlboro miles. You have to earn them by giving a little bit of your life away every day.

Pass.  I don't want guys who abuse apostropes like that.  Oh wait, he's a DT?

He tried “universitys” but auto correct wouldn’t allow it

Apostropes you say?

Yes, apostropes. From the Greek απο meaning “from” or “away” and στροπε meaning “crap, a typo.”
