I just burst out laughing after that weak throw

Not sure I really like this scheduling. This many games in a short period really stresses the pitching staff. College teams only have so many arms.

Agreed. Two mid-week games this week make things more difficult than they need to be.

McNeese is 10-17 and lost their last 2 series against the likes of Southeastern Lousiana school for crawfish and Nicholls State

so this would be a great win

Yup, these games turn into total coin flips when you have to throw your 10th best arms out there. Just stick with the one midweek game.

'Robinson  nearly throws wild pitches walking the McNeese batter.   lol

If it makes anybody feel better, Baylor (our weekend opponent) also has 2 midweek games this week.

Can't wrap my head around the fact that someone named Parker Joe hails from California.

Two good innings from Robinson, weak ass "throw" to first notwithstanding

6-3 horns. Ump got blasted. Wait, runner sent back?

Yeah, but Reynolds could have got a bunt down. Or not hit an easy DP grounder against McNeese State's mid-week mid-innings reliever.

Gotta think squeeze is an option here with Hamilton at 3rd and Ellis hitting.

Probably unlikely now with McNeese bringing the infield up. Hamilton probably would still score with his speed.

Terrible AB with men on 2nd and 3rd and one out. As usual...

This is why midweek games are annoying. McNeese State bringing in guys with 4 or 5 starts while we throw back of the pen type guys.

It's tough to keep McNeese's no. 9 hitter in the ballpark.
