November 13Nov 13 And once again Ted Fucking Cruz is seemingly on the right side of something. What in the blue hell is going on!
November 13Nov 13 If the backlash in Texas of all places was enough to stifle it here, then I feel like the backlash nationwide will be even stronger. Let the dumbass republicans continue to dig their own graves.
November 13Nov 13 I feel like this is throwing a bone to the alcohol industry, which are really feeling Great Again after all these tariffs
November 13Nov 13 Seems like one party in particular continues to expand corporate freedom while shrinking personal freedoms.
November 13Nov 13 So in states where weed isn't legal people could get high on THC soda? That seems really weird. How would this kill the THC soda instustry though? Weed is still legal in a bunch of states. Those sodas are in every Oklahoma dispensary. I don't partake because they are way too strong, I only do low dose edibles.

November 13Nov 13 Weed is still illegal at the federal level. Not sure why this new addition will make any difference on the state level.

November 13Nov 13 This ban won't go into effect for another year so my suspicion is that something will happen in the meantime.

You can get that legally in Texas? 23 minutes ago, nolongerU2horn said: Because there was a loophole in the 2018 Farm Bill that federally legalized THC derived from hemp. That loophole is being closed I had to look this up, so THC can come from hemp or from cannibus plants. They accidentally legalized it from hemp but can't these sodas still be made from cannibis derived THC? And can't it still be made from hemp THC and sold in states where it's legal? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I'm not familiar with a lot of this stuff and am sort of confused.

As long as it’s less than .3% delta-9 THC, including precursors, by weight. USPS delivered this to a friends house.

Sorry if these are dumb questions, I'm not familiar with a lot of this stuff and am sort of confused. Legal weed states have tended to ban hemp-derived THC so those can't be sold there. I would think cannabis-derived THC seltzers would be able to be made and sold there but the hemp-derived seltzer makers are losing half of their market instantly https://www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/us-states/california/news/15755424/california-passes-bill-to-ban-intoxicating-hemp-products-outside-cannabis-market

Huh, I thought Delta 9 wasn't THC. Is a 10mg edible of this the same as from cannibis? I take Wyld 10mg gummies and can only take half at a time. I'm a fucking lightweight.

I’m in the same boat as you. I, uh, my friend just got these and hasn’t had an opportunity to try one. I’ll let you know how it goes.
