August 1, 20196 yr As part of our process for a new client we currently use a Word doc to gather information for their business profile. I’d like to do this digitally where the user has room to type in longer responses, as well as have some drop down choices for other responses. Our admin would send it out to the new client. Suggestions?
August 1, 20196 yr Microsoft Forms, if you got O365 subscription https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Forms
August 1, 20196 yr Or if you use a crm that functionality may exist there (like pipedrive) You can also do google docs You can also do in word There are also web apps So, MS forms or crm would be my first choice. Pipedrive has this functionality. CRM really if you can do it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
August 2, 20196 yr I think you need to decide your full requirements before selecting a product. How is the customer going to fill in the form? What do they do with it once they’ve completed it? Print it out. Send it to a database.
August 2, 20196 yr Author I’d like for us to get a notification once it is completed. The data we would enter into their project file in our CRM. Currently it is done on a Word doc and it’s restrictive in places where they need to type in longer answers. I’ll test out Forms and see if the works. I appreciate the feedback.

August 5, 20196 yr Moving from Zoho to DealStudio. They have web forms I’m pretty sure. That would be the path I’d take. Automate it as much as possible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
August 7, 20196 yr I've used Google forms, but it's not very professional. You can export the responses as a xls/csv though
